“A Nice Stay” My family and I, all 6 of us, stayed in Moab from June 30th through July 3rd. We found the rental extremely clean and better than we had expected. We chose this rental over 2 rooms at the Hampton Inn in downtown Moab. The residence was in a quiet place on the outer edge of the city and off the main drag where we could enjoy a quiet night's sleep. Water pressure was good, all electrical, appliances worked perfectly. We would rent the unit we chose again.

“a perfect stay for a 4 children's family” The house is fantastic !!! We had all what we needed and more for our stay. The furniture are great. The house remains fresh despite the outside temperature (more than 110). Just one minor point, the house is quite far from the city center, so a car is really needed. It was just perfect !!!

“Thanks for a wonderful vacation!” Lou's condo was perfect for my vacation. The room was very clean and the condo was great. The Westgate has a perfect location(30 second walk to the gondola) and the amenities are top notch. Lou was an absolute pleasure dealing with and I will definitely stay by his condo next time I am on vacation. Thanks again!

“Westgate is 5 star despite a/C malfunction” The Westgate is definitely a 5 star resort - they have it all and are very friendly. Pc Vacation Properties was quick to move us out of this room because of the aC malfunction, so that was good, but they are not keeping on top of the room amenities as they should, and when we pointed some of the issues out (ie: coffee maker not working and the carafe missing from blender), they did not respond to my emails, so I had the resort take care of them. They appear to manage units that either they own or manage for people that have them for investment reasons only. Clearly, both of the units we were in did not get much use by an owner, if at all. When you stay in a place that is used by the owner, you can pretty much be assured that the unit will have everything it needs. Another example of missing items would be no lid for the large frying pan and other small things that made it a bit inconvenient for us. We would definitely stay at the Westgate again, but would look to rent from an actual owner before a management company. On the flip side it was nice not to have to put up a security deposit
