“Very Comfortable” We enjoyed being able to kick back and relax after a day out on the 4x4 trails. The kitchen was very nicely equipped, the bedrooms and bathrooms had plenty of linens, and the whole place was very well kept. We had a minor issue at the end of our stay, the lock on the front door broke and we had not been given a garage door opener, but property management came out to try and solve the problem for us. We would definitely stay here again.

“Just like home” We generally try to stay at condo/house rentals when long term just because its more comfortable. Of all the places we've stayed this was probably the best experience we've had. The folks at Mlpm really seem to know how to do this right. From our arrival, the place was marked well, entry procedures worked to a tee. The location was impeccably clean, plenty of notes and signage as to how things worked, kitchen well stocked (pans,plates,utensils). If this would have been our own place it couldn't have been any better. Comfortable beds, nice quiet neighborhood. After a long day hiking and sight seeing, it was a pleasure to come home to such a comfortable place. Wonderful outdoor area where you could cook, relax and enjoy the sunset. I would have enjoyed an upgraded Hdtv but we knew that going in and we didn't go on vacation to watch TV. The Wifi id was different than listed but it didn't take a genius to figure which id matched the pswd. Such minor things are almost not worth mentioning but I thought I'd be fair. The weather was chilly so we didn't have a chance to enjoy the pool area but it looked as nice as the rest of the complex. We'll be back for sure!

“A Nice Stay” My family and I, all 6 of us, stayed in Moab from June 30th through July 3rd. We found the rental extremely clean and better than we had expected. We chose this rental over 2 rooms at the Hampton Inn in downtown Moab. The residence was in a quiet place on the outer edge of the city and off the main drag where we could enjoy a quiet night's sleep. Water pressure was good, all electrical, appliances worked perfectly. We would rent the unit we chose again.

“a perfect stay for a 4 children's family” The house is fantastic !!! We had all what we needed and more for our stay. The furniture are great. The house remains fresh despite the outside temperature (more than 110). Just one minor point, the house is quite far from the city center, so a car is really needed. It was just perfect !!!

“Government shutdown didn't phase us” The condo is very comfortable, roomy & clean. A flat screen in every bedroom & the master on-suite is an extra plus! No complaints from a "picky" person,everything was great. tried to book same condo after the arches Nat'l Park re-opened but it was booked, :( Location was excellent, far enough from the Center of town but close to everything.

“Nice condo despite difficulties” The condo was beautiful and just what we expected. We had gorgeous views of the rim from almost every window and from the patio. Location wise, it's definitely one of the best units in Rim Village. Very spacious and well decorated. The garage was a nice plus! We had a few difficulties with the unit, but the property management company was great to work with. They were able to take care of the problems in a timely manner: 1. The air conditioner wasn't working when we arrived. It was 80 degrees inside with no cold air coming out the vents. We called the property management company and they send a repairman within the hour and he was able to fix it right away. Great service!! 2. The fridge wasn't keeping anything cold. We had to put all of our food back in the coolers overnight. The property management company sent a repairman right away and he was able to clean the coils and fix the fridge. 3. The mattress in the master bedroom was TERRIBLE. It was like seeping inside a big hole. We were able to take some extra pillows and put them under the mattress to lift it up and make it flat again, then we slept fine. Overall I think it's a nice condo. We would stay here again provided the owners replace the mattress in the master bedroom. We loved the condo complex and enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well.

“Perfect” We could not have had a better experience at this accommodation. Everything was very clean, comfortable and more spacious than it appeared on screen. We had a gorgeous view of the Moab red rocks and simply did not want to leave. We also took advantage of the outside BBQ setup. It was a bit cold for the pool, but we would have used that too in a different season.

“Great for our group” Found this unit the day we were driving into Moab. Great house with well appointed kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and 3 bedrooms. Washer dryer was a great bonus. We had six adults (my husband and I, his sister, and our three 20- something boys.) The bed setup was perfect for us. Plenty of room for all of us after long days of hiking in the desert. It's a little South of town so you have to drive for restaurants and shopping but that was fine for us. The pool was greatly appreciated after long days in the desert. My only complaint was that they only left a couple of tiny shampoo tubes and body wash (hotel type) and since there was no daily maid service it wasn't nearly enough for three nights and six people. Had to buy more. Bar soap would be better in a place like that.

“Great getaway weekend” We enjoyed our Thanksgiving getaway weekend very much. The condo was warm and comfortable. Great place to walk the dogs and just a very short drive to hiking trails. The golf course was just around the corner. We'll be back in the summer and stay longer.

“Fantastic Spot” We couldn’t have been happier with the Hennings Escape accommodation in Moab. The complex is in a quiet, upmarket part of town and is fully equipped with everything you might need. It also has a view of the adjacent golf course and mountains behind from the patio. The self service check in/out is brilliant; no need to collect keys or arrange to meet anyone. And in general the service was good – we had no problem getting hold of someone on the after hours number when we had a query, and booking through the website was straightforward. The living area would be quite tight for 6 people, but it was perfectly spacious for two of us.

“Beautiful Place to stay...” Moab Lodging and Property was very accommodating when we needed to change sites. They re-directed us to the Hacienda which was located in a quiet neighborhood south of Moab. Beautiful views, nice place to run! Beautiful mesa ridges surrounding where we stayed. Loved being in a place which made me feel at home! Would have liked a queen bed in the second bedroom instead of twin beds. Mattresses were worn. Still did not detract from the stay.

“Why get a hotel room?” For the price of a hotel room in Moab you can get 3 bedrooms and 2 bath. (Off season). This place was amazing! Plenty of room for kids, movies, and all of your gear in the garage. All in all this place is a steal. The only down side was that the carpets were starting to show wear and dirt in the high traffic areas, and there was no garage door opener. Grey pearl comes fully furnished, from plates and bowls, to sandwich bags and movies. What a great place to stay!

“Very Comfortable Stay” The condo was very nice and well equipped. We didn't really make any meals there except breakfast, but it seemed that there were plenty of pots & pans, dishes, glassware, etc. I think the living room and dining are would be a bit small for more than 4 people, but I'm sure others have made it work. Since there was only 2 of us, we only really used the master bedroom and bath, The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of room in the bathroom. Didn't have any problem with hot water. All the rooms were nicely decorated and each bedroom as well as the living room had a TV (largest ones in the master and living room) The washer & dryer were convenient, allowing us to pack less. The location is about 5 minutes or so from town so you do have to drive to restaurants, but it's not a big deal. We'd stay again if in the area.
