“Brilliant villa with great access to Florida theme parks” This villa is spot on for visiting Florida, it is in a secure gated estate, it was immaculate on arrival and has loads of space for a family. The kids made use of the pool and games room every day and it was great to be able to return from the parks and all chill out in a home environment rather than a cramped hotel room. There are loads of thoughtful extras dotted around the villa such as fans, car seats, high chairs etc which although we didn’t use are a very nice touch for anyone visiting and not wanting to travel with those bits and pieces. David and Julie were great throughout the booking process and in the weeks prior to arrival, they provided us with all the information we needed and ensured we knew where we were going and what to do on arrival. It’s convenient for the parks with just a 15 minute drive and all the supermarkets are really close too. We had a brilliant holiday and I would without doubt recommend David and Julie’s villa to any friends or family visiting Florida.

“Best family vacation ever.” My husband and I were used to travelling to nice hotels. Then came along our 2 children... and we had to find a more spacious option for our family vacation. We quickly found ourselves on Flipkey, looking at various properties, and this is how we found Garry & Ann's house. As it was our first time renting a vacation house, we were a bit nervous and apprehensive. Communication was seamless, and the owners are very friendly as well, which helped putting us at ease right away. We were very pleasantly surprised when we first saw the house. It is located in a gated community. We felt safe at all times, and the neighbours were nice and friendly too. It was minutes away from the grocery & drug store, as well as a few restaurants. Very convenient location. The house itself is very well maintained. We were surprised at how clean it was, we didn't expect that from a rental. It had everything we needed, and more : the crib was perfect for our baby, my daughter had " her princess bed", and we were pleased with the master bedroom down the hall. As promised, they also had strollers, a high chair, games, movies, etc., everything they advertise and more. All in all, we had a blast and cannot wait to go back. I would totally recommend it to families, as it has everything young children (and their parents !) need. We will never stay in hotels again, and we are so glad we found Garry and ann's house.
