“home from home” my youngsters ages 29,26,23 and their partners thought apartment was fantastic for location ,right near centre of town, and was like home from home inside,do not be put off by exterior and staircase as this could do with a little tlc as owners describe in their advert.would certainly book again if going back to Gibraltar,i was also in Gibraltar at the same time and did view apartment myself and agree with all that has been said, owner text me on occasions to make sure all was ok nice touch.
“Excellent apartment” Extremely happy with this rental, I had chosen this property instead of a hotel to get a better experience and higher standard of accommodation. Internally and externally the apartment was ideal, and the location was perfect as we were working with clients who were based nearby.
We had a fabulous 4 day, 3 night stay in Gib at Rob & Karens appartment. It was clean, comfortable & had lots of room for all of us. It is well appointed near all the shopping on Main Street but quiet and relaxing. We would highly reccommend this appartment to anyone for a stay in Gib. Karen was very attentive and contacted me before our stay, met us on the day of arrival and then text to make sure we were all ok, she is a lovely lady. …
Gibraltar Holiday Apartment
A well decorated and very clean apartment, which is just the right size for a couple and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Tony is a very nice gentleman and did everything to make us feel at home when we arrived - sorry we couldn't catch you before we left, Tony!
It's perfectly located for Casemates Square, Ocean Village and the marina, and Morrison's is about five minutes walk away.
We had no major problems with the apartment, but there are a couple of observations we'd like to make which I hope will be taken in the spirit they're intended... firstly, the bed is very soft and is a double size, we reckon a king size would be better (there's enough room) and we would certainly have appreciated one. Also there's two of everything in terms of crockery, cutlery and glassware... I know the apartment is for two, but there should be a couple of spare items (especially glasses) as accidents can happen and breakages can occur very easily.
The pool is basic but a nice size and clean. When we went, there were no sunshades in the pool area. I don't know if they are provided but not when we were there. Again Tony, it might be an idea to have one in the apartment for the use of your future guests, if they're not part of the pool area.
Finally don't be put off by the common areas... threadbare, worn carpets, poor quality fittings and paintwork, and a general air of shabbiness and abandon - NOT to do with Tony, the building landlords need to get their hands in their pockets and do the place up!
We would certainly stay here again should the opportunity arise. …
well worth the money
Excellent apartment with a host of domestic and goodies to be used. Good location with few minutes walk to town. Only negative was no hand over of keys, therefore no proof of leaving the apartment in good condition. The deposit was £300 which is a lot. But overall worth the money. …
