“Beautiful relaxing gorgeous!!!!” We just got back from our trip to the villa and oh my gosh what an amazing trip!!! Let me start by saying that the pictures of the house on the inside, doesn't do it's justice, the house was way better looking in person , so clean and smells so good!! That water was the most beautiful thing I have ever seen, we snorkel every single day my husband Spearfish every single day my kids had so much fun and we caught some yummy fish, we kayak every day and went all over the place it's so beautiful and peaceful, we were the only ones there for the entire week. Charles was the nicest guy! he would do anything to make your trip the best!!! If you're planning to have a peaceful quiet trip this is the place to go!!

“Excellent!” Charlie was so wonderful and hospitable! He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was fabulous! I felt like we had our own slice of heaven with the sandbar just behind the villa. “A community to match its incredible island!” George made my first trip tot the Bahamas, the best vacation I've ever had. The proximity of the cottage to some of the most stunning parts of the island was a huge plus. The cottage has fantastic high ceilings, great windows and fans-- no need to use the air conditioning. Screened porch didn't let any bugs through. Great kitchen, we cooked most nights during our week. George is a fabulous host-- checked in on us but also gave us plenty of space to feel like we were really exploring on our own. If we ever needed anything or had a question, he was totally available.

“A 5 star vacation in the Bahamas at Kokomo” We just spent two glorious weeks at Kokomo, and could not have imagined better accommodations. The house was extremely comfortable, with all the appointments anyone would need. Kathy Heacock was very responsive, and thoughtful in providing information in advance to make the island and activities accessible quickly - fishing, shelling, snorkeling, boating, restaurants and special places to see. We caught bone fish on the fly rod with a great guide - Captain Buddy Pinder - and by ourselves wading the expansive flats in front of the house, enjoyed kayaking, and spent hours walking and shelling along the beautiful beaches. Coffee on the deck as the sun rose over the water, and sunsets of exquisitely colored skies - nothing could be better. We will definitely be back to this house and place!
