“oasis paradise” This is the first time I ever stayed in a vacation rental- and I think I'll never go back to hotels again. This place had everything..beautiful grounds overlooking the ocean, fitness room, and two pools on the grounds. The condo with all its amenities were in stellar condition- very clean and cozy. I can't wait to return!!! If you want to get around - it will be important to rent a car to go to nearby beaches. There is not a lot of sight seeing right outside the gated community of waterside - beaches and downtown st. petersburg are about 10 miles in opposite directions from the condo community. It was nice to cruise around - i felt the most not like a tourist on this vacation compared to others in the past.

“Excellent” I have lived in Waterside from 2009 till 2011. That is where I get the chance to know Sabina, who is an extremely friendly and serious girl. She rented me this appartment 2 months ago while I was stopping by St Pete for a week-end and wanted to relax in Waterside. The location of the apppartment is very calm, with a direct view on a little bay. Inside the appartment it is absolutely clean and bright. One feel direct comfortable. I will not hesitate to rent it when I come again and definitely recommand it.
