“Truly amazing Condo” We had the pleasure of renting this condo early February of this year for 10 days. My wife and I are Canadians that travel to Mexico twice a year. We have stayed several areas and this trip was by far our best experience! As many other reviewers noted this condo is exactly as described with breathtaking views, the feel of a private beach right outside your bedroom and your own private balcony along that beach. We traveled with our 19 month old son and a friend who brought her 4 year old daughter. Both loved the pool which offered an area where young children can play in 2 feet of water and hot tub to warm up on cooler days. Carlos was very kind and helpful, great with children!! We also arranged groceries and transportation with Carlos and would recommend this to anyone! We arranged a snorkeling trip as well as housekeeping through Carlos as well and he did not disappoint. The location to town was perfect, not too close, not too far. We walked into town daily and took a taxi back. We were quite impressed with the variety of restaurants that Puerto Morelos offers and how great the food is. When we were not cooking dinner with fresh produce offered in town, we ate dinners at several restaurants and all were great experiences. The only suggestion we would make is investing in a dishwasher, but we managed with out no problem. We hope to be repeat renters for years to come!

“Casa Price is Very Nice” I have stayed at Casa Price on two different occasions and have loved it both times. Rosa makes such a difference on the amount of the money you will spend on food. If you wanted you could eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the villa. I travel with other women, and we do like to go to Playa del Carmen for dinner most nights, but it isn't necessary. Rosa has a menu, and you select what dishes you want her to prepare, and then you go to the grocery with her. Cabs cost $5 to drive to Playa del Carmen, and you could order one from the Fisher's "something", which is a couple of blocks from the villa. Also, if you are used to walking, the walk into Playa del Carmen is about a 20-30 minute walk. On my last visit, we carried the chairs to the beach each day, and enjoyed sitting in the sun, looking at the ocean. On a future trip, I believe I will email the owner and ask that Rosa put out the chairs and beach towels, so we could use them Saturday and Sunday. Otherwise you will need to wait until Monday, when you see Rosa. I hope to return this coming year. Thank you, Becky

“Perfect” We just got back from Tankah. It was just perfect. Since it's a review, I'll try to cover a few areas that usually raise questions when looking for a house. We were 6 adults with my 6 months old. The bedrooms : They are spacious and have lots of windows and 2 or 3 fans in each. Sleeping was not a problem...in fact it was great and cool, even without aC. Each bedroom has its own shower and toilet. The kitchen : When you need something in the kitchen, it is there. From spices to cookware...we didn't miss anything. No dishwasher though. The caretakers : Ulises and Maria were great. We had Maria cook for us (6$ per person) on 5 different nights and her food was amazing. Ulises went to the grocery to make sure we had everything for dinner. The house and the beach was clean daily. The backyard : When you look out the window from the house you see : Palm trees, sand and water. As we walk around on the beach and in the neighborhood we often told to ourselves that we had, by far, the nicest backyard in the area. More secluded, more shade areas and a better maintain beach. One must know that the bay is more of a snorkel area. So the sea bottom is rocky and you need water shoes the enjoy the bay. If you're looking for a sandy bottom, this might not be it. On the other hand, if you like to snorkel, it's close and really nice. Activities : If you want to get around, you probably need a rental car since it's cheap in mexico. Or taxis. Tulum ruins and the beach inside Sian Kaan reserve are among the must do. There is a cenote/lagoon that is great and beautiful just 5 min walk from the house. Highly recommended. We had one dinner at the Blue Sky restaurant (again walking distance). It was not good at all and way overpriced. 30$ us for a small spaghetti with overcook seafood. The owners : Easy and pleasant to deal with ann. They made a booklet with all the informations you want to know. We sure hope we can go back!

“I Shall Return!!!” This was our first time and it won't be our last. Everything was as described and we felt at home from the very start. What a great way to enjoy a week in Mexico. Thanks to the staff on-site and management for making this the first of many trips away from the resort crowds.

“Amazing Vacation” Skip Cancun- everything you want to do is down by Akumal anyway! The food was amazing, and the accomodations perfectly relaxing. Take the trip over to snorkel in the lagoon! The cave snorkeling trip nearby is also well worth it. But if you never leave the house, you would still have an amazing vacation!

“Perfect family vacation” We enjoyed a perfect vacation with our extended family (10 people). The house had big common areas and plenty of smaller private spaces to spend time. The food that Claudia prepared was excellent and she and Myner were very sweet and helpful. The snorkeling in Soliman Bay was wonderful 5 out of 7 days. There is a lot to do in the surrounding area. The house, pool, beach and bay was very kid friendly. The beds were comfortable. The only thing was the directions to the house were confusing and took both parties a lot of trial and error to find. Great vacation!!!

“Beyond Our Expectations” When I rented Palmilla for my family's vacation, I had high expectations about the property because of price. When we arrive, however, it was really great that all of our expectations were significantly surpassed. The house is beautiful, the people from the property management company and the two people who took care of our house each day were excellent. We also had them cook some meals for us and it was better than any five star restaurant. Other than a few chilly days, we could not have picked a better place, a better staff or had a better time. No one will be disappointed.
