Families, beach & nature lovers, park your car & experience the best Cape May has to offer at the "Beaux Prés". The home is located 4 short blocks to the Cove and Broadway beaches and 6 blocks to the Historic Washington Street Mall. First level features enclosed front porch that is heated with a chaise lounge for you to enjoy the horse and carriages as they stroll on by. The living room is inviting with a queen sleeper sofa, oversized chair, and TV with Roku. Bedroom 1 offers a king size bed. Bedroom 2 offers a full bed with spring mattress. Bedroom 3 offers a full bed with spring mattress. As you ascend the short flight of stairs you walk into the open-concept living-kitchen space. The sun room provides a recliner, rocker, and twin daybed with water views into South Cape May Meadows (the "beaux prés" in French), views of the lighthouse lights, amazing sunsets, and a nature lovers paradise for birdwatching. The Master Bedroom is also located on the second floor featuring a queen queen bed and ensuite, newly renovated master bath with stall shower and a french door with direct access to private nook of the rear deck. There is a wrap-around deck off the second floor to take in the sights and sounds of all that Cape May has to offer. Additional features include hardwood-style floors, outside shower, propane grill, washer, dryer, and air conditioning. Owner provides pillows and blanket. Tenant is responsible for linens and towels. There is a $150.00 cleaning fee. Pet Fee is $200 per dog per week for small dogs under 20 lbs.
