The Board House, equipped for 4 people, is built on one level, with high quality materials and details of comfort and good taste, designed to guarantee our guests an unforgettable stay, both in winter and in summer.

Entendemos que hay personas que le tienen mucho miedo a los animales, y no pueden distinguir entre un perro amistoso y uno agresivo. Lo que no entendemos es por qué eligen vacacionar en un complejo donde hay perros, y se reciben familias con perros, según nuestra política de mascotas, que figura en la página web. El relato sobre lo sucedido es, al menos, inexacto. Los niños de esta familia, a las 2 de la mañana del 2 de enero, jugando a las escondidas, invadieron la galería (espacio propio) de la cabaña donde se encontraba el perro, que vale destacar se encuentra a unos 70 metros de la cabaña donde se encontraban ellos alojados. El perro les ladró, y los chicos se asustaron. No hubo nadie en peligro, ni mucho menos ninguna persona lastimada. Estimado lector, si a usted no le gustan los animales, es mejor que no venga a Los Llantenes. Si usted tiene un perro adulto sociable, que es parte de su familia, sepa que será bienvenido (tenga en cuenta que hay reglas a cumplir). Si usted no tiene animales y considera que puede ser una experiencia enriquecedora para su familia compartir unos días con perros amistosos, visitar un gallinero y llevarse un huevo recién puesto... también lo esperamos. Respecto a los otros reclamos, solo queremos informar que la propuesta que le enviamos por mail a cada posible huésped es totalmente personalizada, y detalla qué servicios están incluidos en las fechas por las que consulta. Ni la piscina está disponible todo el año, ni el SUM tampoco. Lamentamos que no lo hayan leído. Los lugares para abastecerse, restaurantes y posibles excursiones también le son informados a los huéspedes antes de su llegada; la ubicación del complejo está clara en la página web. Lamentamos que no lo hayan visto ni preguntado antes de decidir la reserva.

El termotanque eléctrico de esta cabaña, de alta recuperación (doble resistencia) es abastecido a su vez por un termotanque solar. El sábado por la mañana, cuando recibimos el reclamo de estos huéspedes, detectamos que una de las dos resistencias no estaba funcionando, y la reemplazamos. Aún con una sola resistencia y el termo solar, el agua caliente era más que suficiente para ducharse dos personas y lavar la vajilla. Entendemos que no era suficiente para llenar por completo la bañera doble, pero eso no anulaba la posibilidad de usar la cabaña y disfrutar el fin de semana. Les ofrecimos quedarse una noche más, o dejarles una noche a cuenta para cuando quisieran volver... incluso le conseguimos otra cabaña en otro complejo, a nuestro costo. Ellos querían la devolución total del monto pagado, a lo que no accedimos porque nos pareció un reclamo excesivo.

Why can't I call Miryam (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Miryam (the owner) a message.

If Miryam (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
