Luxurious, new, custom built, stunning views, very spacious (4,000 sqft), private solar heated pool, with a private yard/garden and 5 minutes from international horse racing at the newly opened Royal St. Lucia Turf Club.

Pre-stocking can also be done. You prepare the list, and we do the shopping. You settle the bill when you check in.

We built our villa to be a really relaxing, high quality, private retreat, which our family and our guests can enjoy.

To complete the package, a cook can be arranged! so you can relax, recharge and rejuvenate.

Complementary arrival day dinner and airport pickup for guests staying 7 nights or more!! You get to experience our cook's great local creations, with a complementary arrival day dinner for your entire party and we will also provide airport pickup, so you start your vacation off relaxed and pampered.

We have 4 very large bedrooms, each with custom mahogany king size beds, spacious and spotless bathrooms with granite counter tops, double sinks and large showers. Spectacular Atlantic view from all bedrooms and walk out balconies.

The balconies all have provision for 2 hammocks outside each bedroom, so you can enjoy the view and the breeze with a book and a drink anytime.

First floor well equipped, modern, custom mahogany kitchen with granite counter tops; plus a convenient full function kitchenette on second floor - complete with granite counter tops, fridge, stove, dishwasher; etc.

The second-floor kitchenette is very convenient - great for morning coffee, snacks, drinks, evening treats.. all very handy.

The elevation and constant Atlantic breeze make the villa naturally comfortable. Windows are meshed to keep out any random insects and bugs.

The villa is secure and with housekeeping service every day at no extra charge. All other conveniences including AC, Cable TV, wireless internet, phone, washer, etc. Plus a complete roof deck to enjoy the night sky !

The entire roof of the villa is a roof deck with spectacular, panoramic views during the day, and a wonder at night, just to go up enjoy the Southern night sky.

Close access to one of the best beaches in the South, horseback riding, wind surfing, supermarkets, etc.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Oma (the owner) a message.

If Oma (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
