Wintersun holiday,in an area of peace & tranquillity, my Moroccan retreat can be found nestled on the edge of the village, yet only 2 Km from the small enchanting Aglou Plage seaside resort,with its long 4KM sandy beach.
The property has been beautifully renovated in a fusion of traditional Moroccan style with a modern twist,the house has been refurbished using traditional materials, but also furnished with every modern convenience.
This part of Morocco is unspoilt, and the noise of the local birds is the main interruption to this tranquillity. Plus you are a short walk from the beach .
For the more active guests,this area is a world class Parapenting/Hang-gliding region , also surfing or fishing anyone? It's a place removed from the rest of the world - perfect for unwinding from a high-pressured job; it is a haven of peace and quiet for guests seeking a truly private retreat from the melee of the bustling modern lifestyle.
The property, has a large sun terrace is perfect for secluded sunbathing,and admiring the unspoilt views, or star gazing at the night sky, and is set in the countryside,with picturesque views and country walks from the doorstep.
Within the roof terrace area is a fantastic hot tub/ Jacuzzi for chilling out, whist enjoying the views of the landscape..
There is a patio table and chairs for that alfresco dining,also a separate first floor balcony.
The property offers sunshine all year round; even in in December and January,the temperature is 20 degrees Celcius.
So just relax, explore and soak up the experience.
Your lady house-manager "Sadia ", speaks English and French;and lives within the village.
Sadia is available to help you get the most out of of your visit; She will greet you upon arrival, and can even arrange a welcome dinner on your arrival,or any further meals you would like to have cooked for you,either English ,French or Moroccan style [for a small extra charge]
She will help you with any questions,and can help you arrange any trips,that you may require.
The exterior swimming pool is located in my representatives Sadia property; it has a 4 Metre high high walled garden area,and the pool has a constant depth of 36 inches,perfect for children.
The pool is 16 feet long by 10 foot wide bestway pool. Also the pool ladder is detachable for safety when not in use,
At the nearby beach resort,is an Aqua-Water park with 2 swimming pools and numerous slides.

We had a fantastic holiday the accommodation was excellent we had everything we needed. The own was great gave us all the information we needed and told us some places that must be seen. His staff are fantastic and very helpful. Could not have asked for anything else they were such lovely people. Would definitely go back as was one of our best holidays

Le temps n 'était pas au rendez vous. Mais la maison et l'accueil de Saadia, nous a parfaitement convenu. La plage n'est pas très loin. A voir. Christophe

“Spacious, well equipped house in a nice village setting”
Casa Riad was great value and situated in a nice, atmospheric setting at the edge of the village. The house was spacious, well equipped and clean, and Ian provided us with lots of useful information. We really enjoyed the village and I also enjoyed walking on the scrubby hillsides out the back. The people were very friendly, even though they had suffered from the devastating floods a couple of weeks earlier. It would have been great to interact more, but most daylight hours we were off exploring (and my French is much rustier than I feared!). Our 6 year old daughter was often transfixed by it all and the locals certainly took to her - several ladies enjoyed patting her on the head and giving her kisses! A car is pretty essential (although there seemed to be lots of modern green buses plying between Tiznit and the coast, and taxis are relatively cheap) and roads are fine, so could quickly along the coast or take trip to Tafroute in the hills. Beaches are better down towards Mirleft, so a 25 minute drive most days. Tiznit is only a few minutes drive away and seemed a nice, fairly quiet town, with a couple of small supermarkets shops and plenty of markets.
