You will be met at the airport for transfers to the villa. If you rent your car through "Dollar/Thrifty" they will deliver the car to the villa. Your concierge will meet you at the villa to go over the villa's amenities and how to operate the equipment and appliances. There is a "villa book" containing all of the emergency contact numbers, along with a list of restaurant recommendations, etc. We are glad to help with any pre-arrival questions as well.
