Description

Our beautiful newly completed modern 2 bedroom apartment is located in the newly built "Tanger City Center" development.

The apartment is is conviently located next to the Train station and opposite the new "Tanger City Mall", which has many well known shopping outlets and eateries. The beach is located within 5 minute walk.

There apartment block has 24/7 security provided by G4S security group as is with the whole of the Tanger City development, therefore offering you peace of mind throughout your stay. Our security team will always be aware of your arrival and departure inline with protocol for all residents.

The Apartment is of generous proportion comprising of 93sq m.

The apartment consists of a master bedroom with Kingsize bed and has an en-suite with shower and has separate built in wardrobes with dressing area.

The second bedroom has twin beds, with built in wardrobes.

There is also a second fully tiled modern bathroom which also has a shower with modern fittings and accessories.

The spacious and homely living-room has a modern interior and also benefits from satellite TV. There is ample seating for friends and family, the seating area can also be used to accommodate a maximum of 2 extra guests.

The dining area has a dining table and can seat up to 6 guests.

The modern kitchen has a built in cooker and oven and benefits from having a full size free standing fridge/freezer.

The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils, kettle, toaster, towels and a juicing machine.

There is also a separate utility area with washing machine and space for drying clothes.

Air conditioning is also provided in the living room and bedrooms and also benefits from warm air heating in the colder months

We provide bedding and towels.

There is also an iron and ironing board provided.

WIFI is also available in the property.

Extra services can also be provided for your convenience.

Secure Parking is available on request.
