Villa Sharm was Designed & Built by the current British Owner in 2010. Villas in Sharm El Sheikh don't come better than this. The property has 600 square meters of open planned living and is located directly in front of Ras Nasrani reef and beach. one of the best reefs in Sharm El Sheikh. 2 min drive to Soho Square & Sharks Bay, 5 min Golf Course and 15 min Namma Bay. This is the only place that you will find private luxury villas in Sharm El Sheikh that are by the sea. Villa Sharm is one of the biggest private villas in Sharm El Sheikh. Bigger than Savoy, Hilton and Ritz Carlton.

The Decor is modern and minimalist and includes seven sofas, 4 TV's, Satellite, video and music servers with over 1000 movies and 20,000 music tracks. There is a multi-room system that allows you to access music and video in all the main areas of the villa. Your own IPOD can also be connected to the system. Villa Sharm has all the amenities that you would expect form a luxary villa of this size. Other private villas in Sharm El Sheikh to don't come close for location, size and home comforts.

Villa Sharm pool has a swimming length of 12 meters and is in three sections; Kids, Main and Diving. Beside the pool is a BBQ area with patio that leads into the main lounge. The pool can be heated at an additional charge. Between May and September the pool temperature will be above 20 degrees. The pool falls to its lowest temperature of 10 degrees over winter (Nov-Feb). Kid: 6 meters wide, 300 mm deep and separated from the main pool by underwater bollards. Main: pool is 8 meters wide, 1200 mm deep. Diving: pool is 6 Meters wide 3 meters deep

“Unbelievable”

Unless you are a multi-millionaire you'll be blown away by the sheer opulence of this place. We went in Dec, the outside temp was about 25 degrees, but with the heated swimming pool there was none of that 'should I shouldn't I get in'. Luxury. And the house is so big you can get lost. My favorite room was the lounge that opens up to the pool, but equally watching sunsets on the roof terrace was a bit special. Save to say we're going back sometime next year.

I stayed here with a few friend and it was perfect. overlooking a near private beach this is away from the mass resorts of Sharm but near enough to pop out and indulge in the nightlife. You definately need a car but it's so worth it to have this private house with lovely pool. All of the bedrooms are huge and had en-suite bathrooms. the living area is also massive and well furnished. This place is massive and also kitted out to a very high standard. There is a low built, very expensive hotel along the beach a bit but it is not high so you don't notice it and there are not lots of people around this area. When you go into one of the massive resorts of Sharm where all the hotels are, you realise how special this place and location is. I would def go again and now would not go to the big sharm resorts which looked pretty tacky.

Having stayed at hotels in Sharm, we decided we would like the privacy of a villa this time. What a great decision we made! Although there were only two of us, the villa easily caters for larger groups - without tripping over each other! It is very spacious and has all mod cons in the middle of the desert....air con in every room, a fully stocked kitchen with every utensil you can think of and a large swimming pool - cleaned daily! Excellent security, especially for femaie travellers or those with young children. There is a great entertainment system with thousands of preloaded movies plus music piped throughout the villa and even out by the pool. The owners of this villa, Donna and Ray, have obviously put a lot of thought into making this their (and your) home from home. Located very centrally to all amenities, the house is literally just across the road from the beach. The airport is just a 10 minute drive away but as the flight path DOES NOT go overhead. No waving to the pilot from here!! Don't even think about going anywhere else on your next trip - book Villa Sharm!
