Asahalah Farm Villas is situated within a small community of 6 independent villas, each equipped with a heated pool and garden, as well as free high-speed WiFi access Each villa features 2 flat-screen satellite TVs, an outdoor sound system and a complimentary shaded parking area. Complimentary bathroom amenities are included. The property has a 24-hour reception. All Villas have provided with its own outdoor B.B.Q area and Outdoor sitting area. Guests can enjoy local and international delicacies at the restaurant and a buffet breakfast is served daily. Muscat International Airport is 25 minutes away by car and Muscat city center is a 15-minute drive from the property.

The space:

This holiday Villa sleeps 10 people (Master Room with King bed, 2 Rooms with 4 single beds and 4 comfortable sofa beds at the living rooms). The villa has a large main living/dining room (9x7m), and another living room called "Arabic Majlis" (7x4m). Both living rooms have wonderful view at the garden and the pool. There are total of 5 bathrooms at this villa, 4 full bathrooms (with shower) for the bedrooms and the Arabic Majlis, and an extra half bathroom for the main living room. Daily cleaning service, towels and bathroom accessories are provided. Our kitchens are fully equipped. They come with microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Refrigerator and all necessary cooking and serving appliances. The Villa also has a dedicated Laundry room with dryer and iron table. 2 large wide screen TVs (60") with central satellite system is made available at the living rooms. Phone system connecting rooms to each other’s and to the Reception is also connected through the same system. The total built-up area of this villa is 1200m2.

The villa has 900m2 areas of private garden and private heated swimming pool with kids section. Half of the pool has wooden shad while the other half is exposed to the sun. The garden also has a shaded B.B.Q and with air-blower and a shaded outdoor setting area. The lighting system works perfectly at night to give the peaceful farm environment.

All guests have the opportunity to help milk our cows and collect fresh eggs in the morning. Fresh milk and eggs can also be delivered to you by the Housekeeping upon request.

Its not allowed to bring any sleeping materials and chairs and table from outside. It not to allowed bringing and using Load speakers.The Villas are equipped with external sound system with reasonable size of load speakers(can be used until 11pm during weekend days and 10pm during weekdays).Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa.

With regard to swimming pool, you mentioned in yourr booking request that 6 guests will come, however about 40 people came to farm. We did not want to upset you with this huge number, accordingly it is impossible to have the quality of water with such number of people. How do damage deposits work?

If Rashid (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
