Lindo departamento ubicado en el piso 19 de un moderno edificio. El edificio posee control de acceso presencial en conserjería, entrada peatonal controlada al edificio con clave, cámaras de seguridad y accesos en subterráneos, además, citófono conectado a conserjería..Hall de acceso de doble altura. Asimismo, cuenta con áreas de uso común, entre las que se destacan: la piscina panorámica,ubicada en el piso 22 , quinchos para asados, gimnasio, lavandería, sala multiuso, salas de Estudio. Los apartamentos poseen cocinas equipadas con horno eléctrico empotrado, cocina eléctrica encimera ,microondas , hervidor , tostador eléctrico y campana con tiro forzado. Baño completo , vanitorio con cubierta de mármol , puertas de piso a cielo . El edificio posee una ubicación privilegiada , ya que se encuentra en plena Alameda , la avenida más importante de Santiago está a 20 metros de la entrada al tren subterráneo , (metro )y a escasos pasos del transporte público El departamento posee una decoración moderna y con estilo. Apartment exactly as described! Nice and cosy! Great location! Metro station access litteraly at front door! Our host Cecelia was always availlable and extremely helpfull! Highly recommended!

Laura ,muchas gracias por tu reserva . El departamento cuenta con ventiladores de techo en los dormitorios ,con controles de velocidad remotos y aire acondicionado en las areas comunes. El centro se encuentra a 10 minutos de distancia en metro ( estaci�n Moneda ) nada para una gran ciudad como Santiago. El departamento se encuentra ubicado sobre la linea 1 del metro , la m�s importante.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Cecilia (the owner) a message.

If Cecilia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
