A handcrafted straw bale luxury home, it is just one of ten cottages bordering the organic fields of Flora Farms in San Jose Del Cabo, Baja Mexico, just minutes from the Sea of Cortez and the Puerto Los Cabos marina. There are many local attractions like premium golf courses, Dolphin Discovery, Cactus Botanical Park, World class fishing, Art Walk every Thursday night in San Jose, plenty of waterspouts and fabulous restaurants and nightclubs.

The cottage is located on a private, gated area of the farm, providing a unique experience of farm living in a culinary community among abundant organically grown fruits, vegetables, flowers and herbs.

The cottage is 2000 sq. ft., sleeps 6 comfortably in 2 beautifully decorated bedrooms and den with a pullout bed, 2 bathrooms, laundry, complimentary US satellite TV, WiFi, US phone service with unlimited calls to the U.S. and Canada and outgoing US Postal Mail Service. Enjoy selecting your ingredients from the farm, and preparing them in the the fully equipped kitchen
During your stay you can enjoy harvesting privileges from the farm field just steps from your doorway, stock-up with fresh baked goods, preserves and meats from Flora Farm Grocery as well as in home cooking services from Flora's Field Kitchen restaurant.

Enjoy exclusive use of the private dining areas serviced by Flora's Field Kitchen and Farm Bar, the Yoga and Pilates studio, spa massage services, the half-Olympic-sized swimming pool, Pilates Studio and juice bar.

Flora Farm is a ten-acre organic farm in the foothills of the Sierra de la Laguna Mountains in San Jose Del Cabo. For over 10 years they have been farming without the use of pesticides or genetically modified seeds. Baja has an ideal winter growing season that corresponds with the rental of the cottage in February. After founding the local farmers market on the farm some 10 years ago, Flora Farms has dedicated 100% of production to local consumption and farm to table cuisine. Now Flora Farm grows for Floras Field Kitchen, Floras Grocery and the Culinary Cottage owners or vacation rental visitors.

You arrive at the culinary cottages via a private entry that gives way to a single country road, cypress trees, lavender, succulents, grasses, oranges, mangoes, palms, herbs and a garden gate. A garden path leads to a home of lime plastered straw bale walls, rusted metal roofs and wrought iron steel doors and windows. Straw bale walls keep the cottage cool and quiet.

How do damage deposits work?
