The villa Champagne, spacious holiday house 300 m² with 6 bedrooms, offers a beautiful setting. From the covered terrace of 100 sqm (outdoor lounges and large dining table), you will overhang the Indian Ocean with breathtaking views to admire the sunset while listening to the waves. With its swimming pool (9 mx 4.5 m), his deck of 100 m² with sunbathing and sun and its garden of 2000 m², it will seduce you with its tranquility and absence of vis-à-vis. A barbecue and a plancha are available for convivial moments with family or friends. The villa is secure (fence + automatic gate) and has a location within the grounds of the property for 3 cars. INSIDE ************************************************* *********** on one level and ideal for a group of 10 adults and 3 children, the villa offers 6 rooms with TV (3 bedrooms with double bed, separate private toilet and bathroom - 2 bedrooms with double bed, shared bathroom and WC - 1 children's bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed). It has a fully equipped kitchen (American fridge with ice maker, extra fridge, freezer, dishwasher, modern cooker with 4 burners, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, toaster, kettle ... ). The living-dining room is equipped with a flat screen, cable (Canal Sat), DVD player, HiFi equipment and access to Wifi. The villa has a laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. Possibility of baby accessories as needed. Garden and pool maintained regularly. ENVIRONMENT / NEIGHBORHOOD *********************************************** ************* situated in a residential area and secure, the villa is 7 min walk from the beautiful beach of Boucan Canot, on the west coast which enjoys a unique microclimate with over 300 days of sunshine per year. You will also appreciate the proximity of all necessary shops (supermarket, bakery, newsagent, pharmacy, grocery ...). The Boucan-Canot beach is bordered by a lovely walkway with many bars and restaurants. The seaside resort of Saint-Gilles-les-Bains is 3.5 km and will offer other eating places and shopping. Give yourself a moment to relax in the villa Champagne, ideally located as a starting point for excursions on the island (the three circuses - Mafate, Salazie and Cilaos - the volcano ...) and various activities (paragliding, helicopter, hiking, biking, fishing, canoeing, boat trip ...). RULES ************************************************ ************ celebrations and parties are strictly prohibited. Access to the pool is not allowed to outsiders. It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the villa. Animals are not allowed. BOOKING CONDITIONS *********************************************** ************* the rental price depends on the number of people. The rooms are so open accordingly. Thank you correctly state the total number of people. Rent 5 days minimum. To book, a deposit of 25% of the rental amount will be required. The balance will be paid 30 days before arrival. In case of late booking (less than 30 days before the start of stay), the full amount of stay is payable on booking. A security deposit of 2000 euros (not cashed) will be required upon arrival and will be returned no later than 15 days after departure provided no damage was caused to the villa. A rental contract will log all that information. Check-in time: between 15h and 19h. Release time: between 8am and 11am. These hours may vary in your favor if the villa is not rented before and / or after. In case of late arrival (after 19h) or early departure (before 8am), thank you notify us (an extra 50 € will be requested on arrival).
