Airport pick up service.: we are happy to provide you with a very reliable named driver in a new model, air conditioned saloon car for R140 .He will wait for you at arrivals with a placard bearing your name. I strongly recommend you take advantage of this offer as it helps my management to co-ordinate your smooth arrival at the apartment.It also assures you of a stress free arrival! Payment is direct to the driver.A van with an 8 seat capacity plus luggage is also possible for R220.Great rates are also available for local car tours or trips further afield to Parity or Buzios,just ask!

.There is a sofa bench/bed in the 2nd living area that can be utilized as a single bed and 2 spare single futon mattresses that can be placed anywhere.

New metro station now open at Praca Nossa Senhora. Buses run frequently from main shopping street of Visconde Piraja. Taxis are plentiful.Uber is very efficient.

The penthouse was so beautifully put together with quirky vintage furniture mixing a statement wall paper. The whole combination is well thought of as it works with the Brazilian vibes. It is an interior design feast, really enjoy the place. As for location it is second to none, perfect for a safe walk to Ipanema Beach. Alastair is a great host with plenty of advise on fun and more fun.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Alastair (the owner) a message.

If Alastair (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
