Shelly's Home is situated right next to Israel's leading Diamond Exchange Center, easily accessed for all your business needs.
It is a short ride from the center of Tel Aviv.
Just across the border of Ramat Gan with Tel Aviv - this location allows you to enjoy everything that Tel Aviv has to offer,
without the hassle of finding a parking space.

The apartment is a large private studio in a new home in an affluent neighborhood next to several international embassies.
The house itself is in a quiet side street but close to transportation points.

Spend a relaxing evening entertaining guests in your own living area. The ample sized suite has a large bedroom area.

The apartment has its own entrance and is decorated with antique and country style pieces throughout the apartment which is my designing hobby.
The studio is compartmentalized by furniture into bedroom and living room areas.

The large sleeping area has lots of closet space while the living room area has comfortable leather sofa and cable TV.

The kitchen is fully equipped and comfortable to use with all the appliances you may need, including a refrigerator, microwave and toaster oven.
Their is a balcony enclave for catching some sun.

There is wi-fi internet on premises as well.

The apartment is on a quiet side street in Ramat Gan. We are walking distance to Israel's Diamond Exchange Center and on the verge of Tel Aviv.

There is an option for complimentary parking but it is also walking distance to train station.
We provide all the essentials you need such as towels, sheets, soap, and more to make your stay amiable and homey.

This is a great space to relax while staying in Israel whether for leisure or business.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Shelly (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
