Votre séjour de 48 heures à Guadeloupe-Paradisio vous a apparemment laissé un gout amer pour être aussi mauvais dans vos commentaires. Je me souviens difficilement de vous tant votre séjour a été court et votre personnalité du moment insignifiante. Je ne me rappelle pas vous avoir vu aux apéros de 19 heures organisés par les occupants des autres gîtes durant votre période. Des locataires "multi-récidivistes" qui viennent tous les ans à Guadeloupe-Paradisio pour un séjour de 2 semaines. Vous auriez du participer par courtoisie et dans une ambiance de vacances à tous ces bruits qui vous ont gênés...! jusqu'à une heure tolérée par la bienséance Eux (les multi-récidivistes)...ils me trouvent très sympa (voir leurs commentaires) Eux ...ils ont le wifi, la piscine sécurisée et le hamac pour dormir à l'extérieur Eux...ils règlent en chèque leur loyer pour un séjour de 2 semaines Eux...ils règlent la taxe de séjour en espèces au lieu de se déplacer à la Trésorerie de Pointe Noire pour la payer Mais ...alors pourquoi pas nous ? me direz vous...! Vous aviez tout cela mais vous n'avez pas su ou voulu l'exploiter tant la volonté de me nuire (due apparemment à votre attitude complexée) vous oppressait Je suis d'accord avec vous sur un seul point: -les très courts séjours tels que le votre... évitez moi ! Vous avez des hôtels qui seront très heureux de vous recevoir, n'engorgez pas les gîtes sous prétexte qu'ils sont moins chers que les hôtels 5 étoiles où vous seriez sans doute avec votre tempérament et sans exigence particulière presque totalement satisfait mise à part la facture Un gîte reste un gîte, c'est un hébergement sans le couvert. Communiquez avec le gérant ou le propriétaire et vous serez alors chez vous comme eux.!.et sans aucun doute quelquefois avec le couvert

vous avez été les instigateurs d'un soulèvement collectif contre notre établissement dans le seul but de vous faire rembourser indûment 2 fois votre loyer La première fois pour terminer votre séjour hors de chez moi, vous étiez devenus des personnes indésirables : remboursement effectué devant les gendarmes La seconde fois SUR VOTRE DEMANDE par Airbnb donc sur mon compte Vous continuez avec Tripadvisor, sans savoir ce qui s'est passé réellement, à nous invectiver sur des éléments que vous n'avez pas vérifiés concrètement et de plus qui ne vous concernent pas directement. Il ne s'agit pas de votre logement. Une procédure officielle est en cours pour rétablir les vérités. En tous cas, vous êtes des personnes très fortes pour avoir tout "bonnement" bénéficier d'un remboursement plus important que la somme que vous aviez dépensée pour vous loger en Guadeloupe...c'est vraiment le but que vous recherchiez. !...des vacances gratuites..! cela a un nom madame ! Nous connaissons aux Etats-Unis cette volonté à détruire les propriétaires qui semblent avoir réussi dans leur domaine afin de leur reprendre quelques bénéfices

Why can't I call Guy (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Guy (the owner) a message.

If Guy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
