3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, sleeps 10. 160 ft. of frontage on beautiful Walloon Lake (all sports lake) just south of Petoskey, Michigan, and close to Harbor Springs, Charlevoix, Bay Harbor, Boyne Mountain, Boyne Highlands, Nubs Nob, numerous fine golf courses, Casino - 45 minutes to Mackinaw. 1700 sq. ft. ranch home is available anytime during the year. Features a new fully equipped kitchen, first floor laundry room, expansive deck with glass railing, patio, Weber BBQs (both propane and charcoal), lawn furniture, bonfire pit, etc. Sand beach (no dropoff/rocks), dock, swim raft, row boat and 2 kayaks are included.

All living space is on one floor (ranch home). There is a full basement under the entire house however it is unfinished and only used for storage.

NO SMOKING ALLOWED.

One special and unique feature of this property is the very large and level grass yard down by the lake - great for all kind of games and family fun.

Another special and unique feature of this property is the very large wooded area (Nature Preserve) right across the road - there are several very nice walking paths in these woods for you to enjoy during your stay (anytime during the year). The entrance to one key path is just 150 ft (south) from our driveway on Indian Garden Rd. - you can walk in the woods for miles.

The 10% price reduction applies only to rental openings within the next 2 weeks. This rebate will be sent by the owner to the renter after completion of the rental period.

This property is available for renting throughout the entire year - for either short term or long term rentals. During the summer time (mid-June through early September) it rents only by the week (Saturday to Saturday).

Regarding bringing your dog: You may be allowed to bring your dog - specifics must be approved by the property owner in advance - there will be an additional fee and some specific requirements regarding caring for your dog.

Cancellation Policy - The cancellation policy from this website is "very strict" and limits the amount of money you will be refunded if you cancel. However my own (property owner) cancellation policy is much more reasonable such that you would receive a "fair refund" directly from me if you have to cancel at any time. Feel free to request a copy of this written policy from the owner at any time.

Optional Pontoon Boat Rental: An option available to you when you rent this house - a brand new 2023 Bennington Pontoon Boat, 22 ft with a Yahama 150 hp outboard motor (pictures included here). Rental cost is only $1600/week (less than half the cost for renting a pontoon boat at the marina). Contact the owner for further details on this option.
