Villa Vibe is a fully furnished, modern vacation home featuring 2 bedrooms with a compact pool. It is Located on the gently sloping face of the Parra Hills looking onto Parra village and the paddy fields with clear views but with full visual privacy, yet minutes away from the heartland of Baga and Anjuna.

The Villa is entrenched in a superb vibe but with high-end amenities and services.

Following are the details of 2 BHK Villa:

- 2 bedrooms reside on both sides of the living room, with a pool view.

- All the bedrooms have a king sized bed, Soft bed linen, comforters, and hand / Bath / pool towels etc.

- Bedrooms are fully air conditioned with a large TV and satellite connection.

- Fully equipped kitchen with Refrigerator, Microwave, Oven, Gas Stove, all the required pots and pans, cutlery, crockery etc.

- Washing Machine, Iron and Ironing board

- The living area opens up to the infinity pool deck, with a comfortable sofa set and dining table. Infinity pool with clear views and a pool deck with leather finish stone wash.

- Daily housekeeping between 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

- Free High Speed Wi-fi

- Cook on call that is available at the property between 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Breakfast : No cook charges. You just have to pay for the ingredients.

Due to COVID 19 the following Rules have been modified to protect the guests and the staff: - Upon Arrival, our security will check the temperature of all the guest & will provide hand sanitizer to apply. Temperature checks will be done by the security at the gate before entry even if you move out of the gate for 5 mins. - All the guests have to wear a mask at all times and maintain social distancing in the common area. - Prevailing rules & regulations regarding Covid Which is enforced by the government must be strictly adhered to. - During Housekeeping of the villa, we request all Guest to either exit the villa or remain in one room.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
