KITCHEN: Granite counters, brand new stainless steel appliances incl gas range, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator. All the utensils, pots pans etc you would need during your stay.
NOOK: Eating nook off Kitchen overlooking garden and pool.
MASTER BEDROOM: King size leather bed with Sealy Posturepedic mattressess with ultra plush top. Sliding doors out onto the patio and pool area. Ensuite bathroom with granite counters, twin vanities walk-in shower and walk-in closet.
GUEST BEDROOM 1: Queen size bed with high-quality Diamond pillowtop mattress
GUEST BEDROOM 2: Queen size bed with high-quality Diamond pillowtop mattress
GUEST BEDROOM 3: Two twin size beds (can be pushed together if desired)
BATHROOM: With tub and shower over. Granite counters.
LAUNDRY: With high efficiency washer & dryer.
OUTSIDE:
Beautiful gardens surround the East, South and West sides of the home. A large grassy garden with citrus trees and gravel patio on the East side is perfect for your morning coffee. The South West facing rear yard offers a large newly renovated salt-water pool with spa, lots of deck space, table & chairs, loungers and lovely mountain views.
The pool may be heated if desired as an additional cost option, please enquire for rates at your time of stay.
Natural Gas BBQ (no propane tanks !).
There is also a three car garage.

PETS:
Your four-legged friend is very welcome and we do not charge extra for their stay. However we do insist that they are not allowed on the furniture or in the pool and that you must pick up in the garden prior to departure. Any extra cleaning we incur as a result of your pet will be deducted from the security deposit.

LENGTH OF STAY:
Generally speaking we prefer minimum 3-night stays during the summer, minimum 4-night stays during the fall and winter and minimum 1-week stays during the Spring. However, if your desired dates abut another existing booking or are short notice (within one month) we may make exceptions, please feel free to ask about your particular circumstances.

The Coachella Valley stretching East from the city of Palm Springs is an year-around playground for those who enjoy an active outdoor lifestyle or just want to catch a few rays or do some shopping.

Averaging over 300 days of sunshine per year the region enjoys typical daytime highs in the 70's during the Winter months, experience summer-like weather with highs in the 80' & 90's during the Spring and Fall and refresh in the pool during the hot summer months.

Served by Palm Springs International Airport the region is easy to reach and served by both large carriers and low-cost models including Allegiant Air. For those travelling from further afied Los Angeles International Airport is only a couple of hours drive away and is a good option if you don't want connecting flights.

Discover our beautiful city.....La Quinta

La Quinta is 'The Gem of the Desert' - an affluent resort community with over 20 golf courses (and numerous more in the neighboring communities) including world-famous PGA West.

The area is fully self-sifficient with many supermarkets (Ralphs, Vons, Costco, Trader Joes) and neigborhood restaurants within about 5 minutes drive of the house. Old Town La Quinta offers a diversity of independent restaurants and shops with a Spanish architectural flair while well-knowned El Paseo Drive boutique shopping is only around 10 minutes drive.

Excellent hiking is offered in La Quinta Cove while the Indian Wells Tennis Garden (host of the BNP Paribas Open) is only 5 minutes by car. The nearest public access golf course is Indian Springs which is approximately 15 minutes walk or a 2-3 minute car ride.

“Great house in a quiet neighbourhood!”

We stayed in the house for three weeks. We travelled with 4 adults and 2 children (8 & 11) from the Netherlands. The house was great, everything was there for daily use. The pool was great especially with the temperatures in July. Whenever I wrote an email to Arian, I received a answer within one or two days. He is a great owner of the house. In the range of 20 minutes drive there are shops (Wallmart) and several restaurants to eat. The distance to LA is about 2 hours drive. We rented a house before but this one is the best so far! We defenitly recommend the house to everybody who is thinkin about renting a house in that area.

This a very good house, well maintained, in perfect location. I spent wonderful vacation with my wife and two children (young adults). The fast, affective and and friendly host/owner is also an important element of the general positive evaluation.

The property was well situated, in a quiet area, with views of the mountains to enjoy whilst we chilled out or swam in a lovely heated pool. The house was roomy and well appointed for a large group and importantly spotlessly clean and well maintained as were the gardens and pool area too. Adrian made our stay very easy as he supplied a folder with everything from instructions for the pool and spa, heating and air conditioning, to a TV channel guide and where to find grocery stores. When we did have a question he replied quickly. One evening in particular we were treated to a stunning sunset as we relaxed in the spa. I recall that the only moment of stress I had for the whole stay was deciding whether I should have tonic or squeeze more oranges, from the garden, to have with my Gin ! La Quinta we will be back for sure.

Amazing home in a warm climate. My wife and I took her parents here for a week in celebration of their 50th anniversary. Everything was above our expectations and my in-laws were so relaxed. The pool and spa are great and very user friendly. The beds were very comfortable. Adrian was very personal and very quick in responding to emails. One week was not long enough. High recommendations on this vacation home.

This rental property is a rare gem. Beautifully situated in a quiet residential neighbourhood it is a large, clean, well kept property. It is obvious the owners treat this as a home, not just a rental property. There were so many little touches that were thoughtful and welcoming. The view from the backyard is spectacular, whether you are enjoying your morning coffee by the pool and watching the sunlight paint the mountains or sipping Martinis in the evening watching the mountains fade to gold while the BarBQ heats up, its all so beautiful and relaxing. The pool is the centrepiece of the house, surrounded by well maintained gardens and even a grass lawn. The spa tub overlooks the swimming pool and nothing is better than floating at night looking up at the stars. Truly fantastic! And just minutes to great shopping and gourmet food shops. Everything you need for a relaxing vacation with a feel of being at home. I will definitely be going back again!
