Fruit Garden Pool Villa, beautifully appointed. Open plan living/ dining/ kitchen, 3 en-suite bedrooms, swimming pool in private tropical garden with outdoor dining area.

The villa caters for a maximum of 6 guests

Situated in the sleepy rural village of Ban Nong Yai, this lovely villa is a quiet retreat. Privacy is assured with a 2 mt wall surrounding the property. The swimming pool is a constant depth of 1.3 mts and a garden setting for al fresco dining. The patio area & verandah are fully covered, & has ample lighting, including pool illumination, plus oscillating cooling fans.

The front is private & secure with parking for 1 car. The area is fully lit, & has a lockable gate.

Inside, the villa is tastefully decorated with a light, airy, modern theme. The three bedrooms all have en~suites, built~in robes, air conditioning, ceiling fans & chests of drawers. The patio doors of the lounge overlook the garden , pool & trees of the forest. The kitchen, dining room & lounge area is open plan design & roomy. Air conditioning and ceiling fans will keep you cool.

The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped & has a full range of modern appliances.

The dining area has seating for 6 people.

The lounge area has seating for 4 people.

Free WiFi with download speed of 10mbps is provided.

Entertainment in the lounge is provided with a TV and a DVD/CD player.

There is a laundry, with 7 k washing m/c iron & board, with access from outside. In the laundry, there is also a w.c. & wash hand basin.

Please note. Electricity is not included in the rental cost. It is calculated at 5 Thai Baht per unit. The meter is read at your arrival & on your departure.

Once per week, cleaners will come into the villa to change bed linen etc.

This is a non smoking villa, but you are welcome to smoke outside.

The owners do not take responsibility for any injuries or accidents sustained on the property

The village of Ban Nong Yai has beautiful hills to the west & bird friendly wetlands to the east. Khao Khalok beach with it,s restaurants & spectacular temple complex is only 5 mins away. Pak Nam Pran 15 mins ,Pran Buri 20 mins., Dolphin Bay 20min. Hua Hin. 30 min

All the attractions & activities are within easy reach along the beach road inc., restaurants, massage, resorts, & bars .Cars, scooters, push bikes, quad bikes etc., can be hired from many places along the beach rd, plus aquatic equipment .Use the Villa as your base to experience the wonders of this unspoilt & casual lifestyle.

Transfers can be arranged from BKK Airport or Hua Hin Airport to the Villa. The drivers we use speak some English & know the area very well.

Cleaners visit once a week.

Why can't I call Denzil (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Denzil (the owner) a message.

If Denzil (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
