This charming Caribbean style villa is located high on a hillside in the gated residential community of Les Jardins d'Baie Orientale and is a short drive to world famous Orient Baie beach.

Marina (formerly Alexambre) is fully air-conditioned and offers a spacious living, dining and open kitchen area decorated with comfortable furnishings and calming neutral colors with a splash of cool Caribbean flare giving the home a very soothing, tropical feeling throughout.

The kitchen is tiled in blue and white and has a breakfast bar that opens to the dining area with indoor seating for four. Colorful island paintings adorn the walls throughout the home.

Sliding glass doors exit to the outdoor covered dining area with al fresco dining seating for up to 10 guests. A few steps down from covered the outdoor gallery is the pool and deck with lounge chairs for sunning. From the deck or the pool area you have views of the lush hillside and the ocean.

The master bedroom is located on the left of the living area and has sliding glass doors that open to the outdoor gallery. It has a king bed and ensuite bathroom with a beautiful slate tiled shower. To the right of the living area are the other two bedrooms which share a bath. The front bedroom also opens out to the covered gallery via sliding glass doors and has a queen bed. The back bedroom is down the hall at the rear of the villa and has a set of twin beds that can be placed together if preferred.

There is also loft area with 2 additional twin beds. The second bathroom is "jack and Jill" style and is located between these two bedrooms, however, it offers a separate space for the shower and sink and across the hall is the water closet (toilet). This bathroom is also accented in the same slate tile.

The fully equipped kitchen features stove, convection oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, blender, coffee maker and a full supply of china, glasses, cooking utensils, crockery and pots.

Bedroom 2 - Queen bed, air conditioning and shared bathroom with double sinks & shower with Bedroom #3

Bedroom 3 - Set of Twin Beds that can be made into a King bed, air conditioning and shared bathroom with double sinks & shower with Bedroom #2. Loft with two additional twin beds on the upper level of Bedroom 3 can be rented for up to 2 additional children.

Marina is a wonderful, very affordable choice for families or couples.
