Property offers perfect accommodation in one of the best South Delhi locations in New Delhi at Greater Kailash-2. Located at safe and secure neighborhood.

Location of any property for hosting group stays in safe location is of paramount importance and our property is having perfect location, unlike run of the mill farm houses built on cheap agricultural lands at NCR villages.

Fully furnished, spotlessly clean, hygienic, disinfected, fully heated / air conditioned with en-suite bathrooms, equipped with LCD's, free high speed Wi-Fi internet, wardrobes etc.

The ground floor apartment has 4+1 (5) air-conditioned fully furnished bedrooms with attached bathrooms. Sitting area is air-conditioned too. There are 4 bedrooms inside ground floor independent apartment and 1 bedroom is adjoining the open patio at ground level. All rooms are with en-suite bathrooms.

Breakfast and meals can be easily ordered online from nearby takeaways or can be self cooked at ground floor kitchen for in-house guests only. Due to Covid protocols the property will not be cooking or serving breakfast through their staff. Property can provide cutlery and crockery for the number of people staying at the property.

● Absolutely safe and secure for group stays with working space and access to open terrace garden for sunlight and relaxation.

● Located at safe neighborhood and walking distance to several departmental stores, cafes, pubs & restaurants is an ideal place.

● FREE high speed wi-fi internet and rooms are with LCD TV with cable connection.

● FREE daily cleaning and housekeeping (including cleaning of utensils).

● FREE mineral water through bottled water dispenser.

● On booking of continues 6 nights, get the 7th night absolutely FREE.

● FREE terrace excess is allowed for in-house guests only for sitting purpose till 12:30 AM and outside visitors are strictly not allowed. In-house guests will not be charged any amount for sitting at terrace or for having their normal chit chats at terrace without music. However, please note that terrace area must not be used after 12:30 AM even without music. Guests can go inside their ground floor apartment to carry on with their chit chats.

● Terrace garden being additional facility given to in-house guests free of charge therefore, comes with few restrictions- firstly: guests are not allowed to invite visitors, secondly: music parties are also not allowed and thirdly: terrace must be vacated before 12:30 AM (visitors are not allowed).

● Linens and towels will be changed for every new check-in and incase of same guests staying over then linens will be changed after 3 nights stay.

● Guests can even order online or can order meals through their own arrangements.

● Self cooking kitchen is available at ground floor apartment for in-house guests. Microwave, mineral water dispenser, cooking gas, basic utensils, cutlery and crockery for the number of in-house guests is provided.
