*** After Hurricane IRMA ***

The island was severely damaged in September 2017 by the passing of Category 5 hurricane eye, but life and hope are back. Flights and cruises bring tourists who are happy to smile again ;). Our seaside residence is one of the least affected. Our apartment, located on the second floor, is in good condition and has suffered only minor damage. The full bathroom and the tiling of the apartment were redone in May 2017.

*** Charming studio right on the beach at Marigot ***

Lovely studio apartment in Marigot facing the sea on the French side of St. Martin. Few steps away from all the services offered by the town of Marigot, the studio is rocked by the sound of waves on the sea side of a nice residence "feet in the water" with pool and private beach.

Restaurants, shops, supermarket, the nicest beaches and attractions are all close by. You are always at less than 20 minutes where you want to be!

*** Kitchenette ***

We love to cook and took particular care to have a kitchen fully equipped. Although small, it is very functional: microwave, ceramic hob, toaster, coffee maker, utensils full cookwares. Knives that cut and a sharpener in case of need. Plates, glasses and serving dishes. You will not miss anything, we promise.

*** The Neighbourhood ***

The studio is located at 13 minutes from the Airport by car or taxi. We suggest you rent a car near the airport on the Dutch side as the prices are more competitive. The island really worth visiting, but a car is not required, all services and restaurants are within 10 minutes walk.

- You can take a ferry from the Marigot port and visit St Barth for the day or even spend some time on the white beaches of Anguilla.

It is simply the perfect place in Saint-Martin! We are 10 mins walk from Marigot with its marina and promenade with its restaurants, cafes and shops. And less than 20 minutes by car from all the most beautiful beaches of the island and its attractions. There is a convenient supermarket within 100 meters from the studio and ample free parking nearby. In addition, the view is beautiful from the balcony.

Saint-Martin has 34 beaches. More than you can visit in two weeks! They are all unique. We love especially Long Bay, Bay aux Prunes, Bay Rouge, Anse Marcel, Pinel Island, Petite Case, Happy Bay, Mullet Bay and Galion.

Loterie Farms at Pic Paradis is a unique place for nature lovers and the restaurant has delicious dishes.

St. Martin is a unique island that is worth seeing. You can stay in the studio and enjoy its views and private beach, but we invite our guests to rent a car, tour the island and visit all the wonders it has to offer.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jean-Philippe (the owner) a message.

If Jean-Philippe (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
