Our villas, June Medows, are situated in a small Goan village, overlooking the Nerul river, lush green paddy fields, palm trees and abundant green vegetation. Amidst the village surroundings and the narrow winding lanes, are huge bungalows with landscaped gardens and private swimming pools! Just the perfect place to take a break from the hectic city life. Our Balinese style luxury villa complex, June Medows based amid small green Goan Village of “Bhati Vado" offers the perfect contrast between modern lifestyle in village settings. We are approximately 7 minutes drive to the world famous Candolim beach and 5 min from Candolim with its plenty of must dine restaurants i.e. La Brise, A' Reverie, Bomras, Calamari, Wok & Roll, to name a few, shops, pubs i.e. Cohiba, Sublime..etc and night clubs i.e. SinQ, etc. Our five luxurious villas are situated in a gated complex with 24 hour security and power backup, Wifi from all areas with individual parking and private swimming pools. Each villa is 5000 square feet made in lush Balinese style spread over three floors, 4 fully furnished bedrooms with attached bathrooms, each bedroom with a flat screen TV, state of the art kitchen, fully accessorized with all amenities including lockers in each room, including one washing machine per villa. The villa boasts of a living area setup with a TV, 8 seater dining table and access to the private pool and party area. The villas are serviced professionally everyday before 6pm. For our guests we can offer 5 villas with 4 bedrooms each. It can be an ideal place for large groups of up to 40 - 50 guests, where there is privacy of private villas, along with proximity for partying/celebrations. Bedrooms Each villa has 4 beautifully decorated bedrooms with attached bathrooms. One of the bedrooms is situated on the ground floor and is perfect for groups with elder members/small children. Remaining 3 bedrooms are on the first floor and second floors. Each bedroom of the house is air conditioned, equipped with Flat screen TV, Satellite channels and lockers to keep your valuable safe. All bedrooms have private bathrooms with 24/7 hot and cold water in the shower and a balcony (except the bedroom on the ground floor). Master bedroom has a pool view and huge dressing room. Ground floor features a swimming pool, kitchen, living room, bedroom and servants room. 30 feet long pool offers Jacuzzi, heating and automated cleaning system to guarantee great time by the water any time of day or night. Living room is fully air conditioned and features a dining area for 8 guests, lounge with TV and music systems. The Pool area and garden for sit out can be accessed from the living room. Two sun beds; a large umbrella and sitting arrangements with tables are made by the pool for the comfort of our guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, deep freezer, microwave with grill, gas stove, cooking equipment glasses and all necessary cutlery. Washing machine and iron are available in each villa. A baby cot and high chair can be made available on request

We have an onsite manager who helps in checkin and is available 24*7 for any requirements. He is onsite from 10am to 7pm, post which his contact number is available on checkin, incase of any query, anytime during your stay, you can contact the onsite manager. Plus we have security guards (4 of them) on site 24*7 and they are available at all points of time as well.

Swimming pool is very small it is basically the parking space of the villa, chairs were all broken, not very well maintained. And very costly if we compare with any 5 star property

If Simrita (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
