Property details:

+ With balcony & magnificent view of mountains, with lift, with 24 hrs security CCTV and concierge, Free Parking;

+ Fully Furnished and Air-conditioned unit studio type (1BR) of 36sqm;

+ In each unit: 1 Queen Size Bed with linen and pillows and blanket, 1 double & 1 single Uratex sofa-beds with linen and pillows and blankets;

+ Table & chairs in the condo and out on the terrace/balcony;

+ HD Flatscreen 40” TV with Cignal cable TV channel package;

+ Free Wi-Fi;

+ Jar of drinking water, Induction top stove, Rice Cooker, Food Steamer, Food Blender, Refrigerator, Microwave oven, Kettle, all Kitchen Utensils (cookware & dinnerware). Cooking is allowed (except dried fish-squid). When cooking, guests are advised to turn-on the range hood. Dish-washing materials are provided;

+ Shower/bathroom: toilet paper provided; hot&cold water (heater installed); bidet shower; advice is to bring own toiletries and beach&big towels, otherwise beach towels are available at pools & beach for rent 50 P a day towel;

+ Fish feeding just outside the building;

+ Ambulance on stand-by 24-7 in the premises, small clinic with nurses and doctor;

+ Parking is free as well just outside condo building;

+ Pillows&blankets, bed sheets etc, jar of drinking water, kitchenware, dish washing materials and toilet paper are all included. Advice is to bring own toiletries and beach/big towels (towels are otherwise available for rent at the pools and on the beach for 50 P a day towel)

Check-out: 12 noon

But if no other guests are using condo before you check-in or and after you check-out (you can easily check that with me just before your stay), feel free to check-in (use the condo) as early as you wish, and to check-out as late as you wish (Pico de Loro Cove rules are you are free to arrive, pay the entrance fee and use the facilities (pools, beach etc) as early as you wish, and to stay after check-out until 8pm is Ok as well).

Safety deposit of 1000 P cash upon check-in is also standard requirement and will be paid back to you upon check-out clearance

Smoking and pets are NOT allowed inside the condo. Smokers can use balcony, ashtray is provided

I will need full names and ages, as well as copy-photo of valid ID, of you and all traveling with you, for me to process the authorization forms for you all. You will get validated soft-copy from me before your stay, 2 different validated forms covering all guests in your company will be sent out to you, just show them upon entering Pico de Loro (soft or hard copy); please make sure to have valid IDs with you

Club Guest Registration Fee is not included in condo rate, it is to be paid by all guests to Pico de Loro Cove Beach & Country Club upon entering the premises; fee is good for stay up to 1 week. Senior citizens have discount on registration fee and on purchases within the premises.

PLEASE NOTE: If I am in Pico club on the date of your visit, I will endorse you as accompanied guests, with access to Beach Club as well :)

How do damage deposits work?
