Villa St. Lucia offers island visitors spacious two-level interior accommodations with breathtaking views of the sea, sky, and swaying palms. Nestled on the hillside just above Marigot Beach (picture), Villa St. Lucia will ensure that all the delights of this Caribbean jewel are yours to behold in the glorious light of morning, noon and night.

The property features extensive landscaping and flowers. Lush tropical plants, fascinating native vegetation, and a romantic plunge pool weave their magic all around, enveloping you with the soothing warmth and relaxation this idyllic retreat is famous for.

TWO LEVELS OF ACCOMMODATIONS

The upper, main level of Villa St. Lucia includes two large bedrooms each with AC, a king-size bed and bathroom, plus a complete, fully-equipped kitchen.

The main living area is a large, open covered verandah to better enjoy the stunning beauty of Marigot Bay. The decor is true St. Lucian, making full use of local arts and crafts. Comfortable rattan furniture complements the verandah's exotic hardwood floor, which runs the full length of the villa.

The first level features a fully equipped suite with a kitchen, a screened lanai, one bedroom with AC (king-size bed), and an adjacent bathroom. There is an outside sitting area for the convenience of first-level guests.

There is no road access to this side of the bay - only ferry - so it's very quiet and serene (2 min crossing). A mandatory weekly ferry pass must be purchased for $20 per person.

*If you have some mobility issues, please note that the property is located on the hillside and we do have some steps around.*

The villa is always 100% private to your party!

There is no grocery store located in Marigot Bay, we highly recommend stocking the villa with groceries on arrival. Please ask for more details on this service. The closest grocery store is located in Cul de Sac-Massy (20 min drive away).

We appreciate your comments and are glad to hear that you consider Villa St. Lucia to be a great rental option and that our staff took good care of you. It is true to say that to reach the Villa you need to take a little ferry across the Bay. It makes the North side of Marigot Bay a more exclusive and quiet spot, where you can enjoy peace and serenity. It is like a private corner of this island for only a few guests. There is no road traffic there and you have easy access to a ferry that is available every 15 minutes and the ride is only a minute long to get across the bay. You can always park your rental vehicle across the Bay in the free public parking. In fact, many guests say the little ferry and quiet north side of Marigot Bay is what gives the place its wonderful charm. To go up and down the hill from the Villa, we do have a lift-track (a sort of outside elevator on rail) and we admit that it is not fast. It gives you the time to appreciate the surroundings on your way up; our gardens, the view of the bay, the birds, etc. The lift-track ride gives you a sense of the mood on this side; which is laid-back and no-hurry. We are sorry if you were not aware of our location and modes of access as this is very well explained by our sales staff and website, so it is disappointing that your overall experience is tainted by this. For travelers who are busy during their vacation with a tight schedule, we also offer accommodation options on the South side where you can park right in front of your door, like the Great House. If you, your friends or family ever wish to visit St. Lucia, please do not hesitate to contact us again and we'll do our best to find a closer fit to what you're looking for. Not every traveler is the same, and although the vast majority of our guests fit right in with the north side vibe of Marigot Bay to escape and relax, we don't expect it to be for everyone either.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
