Brand New Vacation Rental completely remodeled in 2018 and Available for rental in November 2018 Ground Floor Home "NO STAIRS" we love that the house located on a Quiet street 4 houses in from the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico and minutes from the Ocean Side and Sombrero Reef via VACA cut or under 7 Mile Bridge

This Ground Floor, 4 bedroom 3 1/2 Bath House has ample sleeping options for every type of family/friend gathering and is wheelchair accessible also providing a wheelchair accessible floor level shower in one bathroom.

PETS ARE ONLY ALLOWED WITH PRIOR APPROVAL AS SOME BREED RESTRICTIONS APPLY.... AND A 150.00 PET FEE APPLIES............NO EXCEPTIONS!!!! UNDECLARED PETS WILL BE CHARGED $500.00 DEDUCTION FROM SECURITY AS WELL AS FACE POSSIBLE EVICTION.

The floor plan is a open plan with all rooms connected to the main living room area. Every bedroom is equipped with "smart" flat-screen TVs. as well as a big screen TV in the living room. with 3 of the 4 bedrooms equipped with the own "Mitsubishi" A/C units for personal temperature preference.

CANAL: The property is located on a Tru "Flow Through" Canal which supports abundant ocean life, with snapper, parrot fish, nurse sharks, tarpon, lobsters and many more spotted daily and at night with our underwater lights that light up the waters nightly after dark in the canal in front of our 90' Dock (60' "usable" as our boat / boatlift takes up 30')

2 paddle boards a available for your enjoyment of the large bay with natural coral located at the entrance of the canal off the Gulf of Mexico.

The newly installed heated, inground, beach entry pool with hot tub measures 40'x 15'. There is a Tiki hut right at the beach entry end of the pool with a great view of the Waterfall swim in cave Grotto located at the far end of the pool. with a pool 1/2 bath right at poolside as well as a outside hot/cold fresh water shower

also the jumbo size Chess / Checkers as well as Corn Hole located in the front sandy area along the canal.

Newly designed landscaping/fencing was laid out with privacy in mind

Large Outside Screened in Lanai measuring 40'x 20' with outside bar area with sink, sitting and eating area. also full size refrigerator for beverages as well as a small Bait freezer for the fishermen.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Craig (the owner) a message.

If Craig (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
