A newly renovated 2 bedroom & 2 bath home that sleeps 6. The boat ramp is 300 yards away and plenty of trailer & vehicle parking. Straight access to the Gulf with no winding canals and idle zones. Privately owned & managed.

Relax in the Finest Waterfront Vacation Home...As you walk-in, the tile throughout creates a sense of openness. The décor is nautical with creative touches. The living room boasts a leather couch and loveseat with a 55 inch smart TV and free WIFI. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, new cabinetry, stainless steel refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, dishwasher, glass-top stove/oven, microwave, a farm sink and an island with 4 barstools. There is a toaster oven and a flex brew coffee maker that makes 12 cups or a K-cup single brew. We love to cook so the kitchen is fully equipped with an array of spices. With families in mind, the dinning table seats six.

The master bedroom features a king size bed with an advance gel memory mattress, 32 inch smart TV and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom has two queen size beds with an advance gel memory mattresses, 32 inch smart TV and a guest bathroom with a walk-in shower. Let us not forget the inside washer & dryer, linens, pool towels and more.

If your family includes a four-legged friend, rest assure that we welcome your well-behaved dog of all shapes and sizes. Your fur baby will feel at home and there is plenty of fenced in yard to play. Please contact us in advance upon booking for additional dog policy information. There is a non-refundable $100 cleaning charge to assure the home is allergen-free for the next incoming guest.

Experience the Best Diving and Fishing the FL Keys...Marathon, FL creates a diving & fishing environment unique in the world. Troll the beautiful blue waters for ferocious fighters, such as, dolphin, sailfish, marlin and wahoo or anchor just off the reefs for bottom huggers, such as, grouper and snapper.

If you want to lobster, the Bayside is where you will find them. There are tons of sites just minutes from the home loaded with lobster.

After fishing all day, nothing is like cooling off in the pool haggling who caught the biggest fish. Keep in mind, the home has ample outdoor living space with a wraparound deck featuring a gas BBQ grill, tiki bar, outside bait freezer, ice machine (makes 450 pounds of ice), lounge chairs, fish cleaning table, electric and water at the dock, 2 adult sized kayaks, locked storage room for diving and fishing gear and more!!!

Within minutes in either direction and no idle zones, is the 7 mile bridge and Vaca Cut to enter the Atlantic ocean. If there are rough seas in the ocean, the Bayside is typically calmer. The Gulf is where you are going to find lobster and excellent conditions for kayaking and padding boarding.

How do damage deposits work?
