* Casa Colinas es totalmente independiente con una ubicación para descansar y muy cerca de la playa y todos los servicios (Punta mogotes, zona sur), tiene capacidad máxima de hasta 10 personas.

Casa duplex de 85mts2 en dos plantas, equipadas con:

Planta baja:

· COCINA: Cocina totalmente equipada para 10 pasajeros, posee microondas, heladera con freezer, licuadora, tostadora eléctrica, Jueguera (exprimidor) electrica, Cafetera eléctrica, lavarropas automático, cocina con horno, plancha. Detector de mnoxido de carbono y detector de gas. Matafuego, Luz de Emergencia

COMEDOR:

, tv LED 32”, centro musical, LIVING con 1 divan cama

BAÑO DE SERVICIO: bidet de mano, espejo y vanitory.

Planta alta:

· DORMITORIO PRINCIPAL; con cama matrimonial (1,90x1,40mts.), ventilador de pie, tv LED 24”. Servicio de tv paga. Balcon.

· BAÑO PRINCIPAL: secador de cabello, ducha para cuerpo completo con cerramiento vidriado a desnivel, ducha de mano, espejo.

· DORMITORIO SECUNDARIO: consta de 2 camas cuchetas dobles y un divan cama doble, ventilador de pie, tv LED de 24¨ con tv paga, Balcon.

· JARDIN: con parilla mesa y sillas de jardín .

· COCHERA: descubierta (4.5 mts máximo largo) dentro de rejas. Fuera de la propiedad capacidad para otro vehiculo.

- toda la propiedad cuenta con calefacción por losa radiante por caldera.

-Camaras de seguridad en el exterior.

-Colchones de primera calidad y almohadas viscoelásticas.

- Amenities; se proveerá únicamente al ingreso de la estadía un papel higiénico, rollo de cocina, bolsas de residuos.

- Kit de limpieza quedará en la cabaña; se entrega al ingreso detergente, rejilla, repasador, trapo de piso y esponjita.

- Los bebés, menores de dos años no pagan estadia (usen o no cuna) y para este huésped más disponemos de una practicuna y sillita de comer (solicitar previamente).

Fuera de la propiedad

Desde el 1 de Diciembre hasta el 30 de Marzo, incluye el servicio de balneario privado exclusivo (balneario princesa del mar en complejo punta mogotes numero 17 y 18) con una carpa y un estacionamiento privado cubierto. Piscina habilitada desde el 15-12 al 15-3 (consultar ya que puede habilitarse antes de la fechas indicadas los servicios y también extender fecha de cierre, habitualmente funciona hasta las pacuas inclusive)

- Pileta exterior con 5 profundidades distintas y separadas, con ducha, solárium y mesas con sombrillas (podrán ingresar libremente respetando el sector de cada pareja y/o familia). Pileta de temporada de verano.

Posee bar dentro de la pileta.

-Sala Kinder donde los niños podrán jugar y ser supervisados por un mayor.

- Placita de juegos, Hamacas, Tobogan, Trepador, Casita, Arenero.

-Cancha de futbol basquet
