This home Thazhe vellara Tharavadu ( Tharvadu is a system of joint family practised by people in Kerala ) Built in 1958, the construction of house is used by bricks and muds ,woods like Teak wood, eeti (rose woods )and Marudhu tree ( Arjuna tree in English ) flooring is used by nelode all these material it keeps natural cooling in the summer season also.This home Cocooned within 4 acres of splendid coffee plantation, this heavenly abode of the famed vellara family in tholpetty near by Tholpetty wildlife sanctuary (wayanad) now open to you as the congenial homestay – Orange Villa .

Dear Guest Thank you for the your valuable feedback ,we are quiet surprise this is the first time we are getting the complaint about rooms and foods all other guests who stayed with us praised our foods which we serves .As you know in Kerala we cook with coconut oil those who don,t like coconut oil will use other oil also . For Dinner we have charged for only 200 rupees .You were not made any complaint regarding the room and food during the stay .While coming back after sight seeing we normally serve coffee/ tea on request , The road connecting to home stay got damaged due to heavy rain in the monsoon This feed back will help us improve our service in future and regret inconveniences caused Thanks & regards For Orange Villa .

Dear Guest , Greetings from Orange Villa Home stay Thank you for the feedback , we deeply regretted inconvenience caused to you during the stay with us Let us clarify whole issue as under mentioned 1)You booked only for two rooms for 10 adult and 01 child is very difficult to accommodate in the two rooms so we have suggested to take 03 rooms . We provided 04 rooms on the day one ,because there was no other guest in the property but charged for 03 rooms only. 2) We have given the space to prepare the barbecue and played music you enjoyed till 01 Am mid night .Very next morning we have seen entire room , Varandha and courtyard full of waste of barbecue like Maze and chicken and other food items (sir can you imagine 10 person 02 days 06 polythene bag of wastage ,thanks for you have taken away that along with you because that food you brought from outside ) 3) Day 2 we humbly requested do not make loud noise and please don’t repeat yesterday what you did ( because of two reason one is the property was occupied with other guest and also our villa is located near to wild life sanctuary there is strict rule from the forest department after 11 PM we are not allowed to play music which cause disturbance to animals) it made you annoyed and started the complaint. 4)Your order for Dinner was 5 Non Veg and 5 Veg we prepard for the same with Non Veg dishes fish fry and fish curry .We kept it on table and you told us that you will server yourselves . We thought food was sufficient quantity to eat 05 person , and you had fish fry and curry ,next morning you argue with us regarding insufficient food .You have not paid INR 3000/ for this issue 5) Please note Rs. 580 charged not only for coffee or tea one day it is for 03 days which we have served the Brue Coffee also 6) Sir we noted your car register number after you told us come to Bangalore I will show you. We very well know the people are coming for the holiday to enjoy , having verity food and see the various destination, we allow guest to enjoy , but we have some limitations because this is the home stay as well as family staying too. And also it is located very near to jungle. Once again we are really sorry for inconvenience caused to you , We know the value of our Guest
