Description

The house is located in a luxury condo in Maracajau beach, about 80km north of natal, Rio Grande do Norte state (RN). the house lot is about 5000 sqr mtr, and is full of vegettion and fruit trees, there's also a organic garden. The house is about 6 years old, is completely furnished, you just need to bring your food .Inside the house we have 4 rooms (suites with air conditioning) , 3 rooms with queen beds and the maid´s room with bunkbeds. In the garden area we have a bungalow that accomodates another couple in a queen bed. There's the swiming pool, 8x8 mtrs and the barbecue area. The garden has coconut trees, various kinds of palm trees, fruit tress etc. The house is about 2 minutes walk from the beach, you just need to get out of the condo and it's beach sand. We include a maid in our price, so the house is always cleaned and arranged for your stay. We have internet wireless access, as well as television with local networks. In one of the rooms we have satelite TV with CNN and other International channels.... we also have some DVDs and board games to spend the time.

Nearby there's Manoha park with swiming pools and other atractions for kids, you can also rent horses to ride on the beach and sand dunes , there are various scuba operators to go to the Parrachos reefs, and you can also rent a beach buggy and visit the neigbour villages by the beach. The fishermans village itself has no big attractions, only a couple of local supermarkets and a couple of restaurants.

How do damage deposits work?
