Elegantly decorated hence its name VILLA "Bèl Ti Kaz" (beautiful little house), it is also designed for you to enjoy a maximum space and comfort.

It is located in the countryside in a quiet area of ​​Gosier, and at the same time 10 'of Pointe à Pitre city center.

Elle est située à la campagne dans une région tranquille du Gosier et en même temps à 10' du centre ville de Pointe à Pitre.

La partie Salon - Salle de Séjour est ouverte sur l'extérieur et vous apporte toute la lumière naturelle que vous avez besoin à l'intérieur. Des grandes baies vitrées coulissantes confondues dans les parois en bois peuvent être complètement ouvertes pour faire une transition en douceur vers la terrasse en bois exotique. Les planchers de bois ajoutent des touches chaleureuses qu'on apprécie particulièrement en soirée.

La partie Salon-Bureau vous offre pour sa part, un grand espace de vie vous permettant de vous relaxer, nous vous proposons des jeux (échec, dame, solitaire, domino, cartes...) ou un divertissement télé vous proposant les chaînes du câble standards et HD afin d'assurer le plaisir des grands et des plus jeunes. Vous pouvez également profiter de la terrasse en deck munie de fauteuils relaxants.

Les chambres sont équipées de radio-réveil avec ports USB et une des chambres sera équipée d'une télévision murale en début d'année 2016.

La villa est la seule implantée sur un terrain privé de 1000 m² qui est clos de mur avec deux entrées pour plus de commodité. En retrait, elle laisse place à un jeune jardin arboré et fleuri qui expose une variété de fleurs, de plantes exotiques dont palmiers et une haie de multipliants qui bordent la façade nord de la maison.

Le stationnement en voiture y est aisé.

Un service de conciergerie a été mis en place en mars 2016, il vous accueille et vous remets vos clés. Un cocktail de Bienvenue ou un petit-déjeuner vous est servi. Ce service vous offre la garantie d'avoir un interlocuteur sur place durant tout votre séjour.

La situation géographique de la villa permet un accès rapide et facile vers les sites stratégiques, touristiques et commerciaux de la Grande terre, vers le centre ville de Pointe à Pitre (10 minutes) et vers les magnifiques plages qui bordent la côte sud et nord de l'île.

La plage la plus proche est à 4 km. La villa se trouve donc à 10' environ de la plage municipale de la Datcha en plein bourg du Gosier.
