We are in the best location in Coquimbo-La Serena! On the Avenida del Mar, next to the Casino Enjoy, have direct access to the beach. The apartment overlooks the mountain range, up to 6 people comfortably installed and has all the necessary equipment to ensure that you will have a fantastic stay with yours. It includes parking, unlimited internet access, satellite TV Directv and linens, among others (ask for sheets and towels). When booking our department, you will be entitled to use the excellent facilities available to the building: Outdoor pools (adults and children), heated pool, wet and cold saunas, jacuzzis, and if you want to exercise, you can climb to the gym . There are also laundry area with washing machines and clothes dryers along with quinchos (barbecue) for barbecues on the roof, enjoying a spectacular panoramic view of the city. The neighborhood is so nice and pretty, your tranquility and / or entertainment are guaranteed because you have everything within walking distance! Cross the street and you're at the beach, you can walk by the tranquility and beauty of the Costanera (both day and night), see the wonderful sunset and if you want fun or spend a nice time with your partner, friends or family we are within walking distance of the best restorantes, pubs and nightclubs in the city. Ultimately it, you will be able to walk to wherever you want! By the way, do not forget to visit its churches, parks, La Recova, Japanese Garden, El Faro, Punta de Choros with the beautiful and pristine Isla Damas, and of course the charm and mystique of the Elqui Valley. The apartment is in the best location of Avenida del Mar! Located in Avenida del Mar, next to Casino Enjoy, the beach is in front of your eyes! It has a mountain view, available for 6 pax (maximum) is fully furnished and has all the equipment you want that Because We enjoy your Holidays with full comfort and tranquility. Also it has an own parking, free. Apartment has two bedrooms: master suite has a double bed and second suite has two berths. Also, it counts With Directv internet and wifi (free). The living and dining room counts with a red and comfortable couch, LED TV and Stereo. The room are fully furnished kitchen if you need to cook anything you want. SW! How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
