The Boathouse Villa KOH PHANGAN

We are offering a discounted rate for Thailand's peak season (January to March) - The best time to visit especially Koh Phangan.

Spacious modern villa that overlooks the beautiful sea of Haad Salad Bay. The villa has a large infinity pool with a vast sun lounging deck. The open air rooftop is perfect for viewing the sunset and is complete with sun loungers and a chill out sofa area.

The Boathouse is perfect for couples, families and small groups. The villa is located in a secure development called Bay Residence.

The villa description

The villa has a large sun terrace surrounding the 10m x 5m infinity edge swimming pool. The top deck has magnificent views of Haad Salad Bay, perfect for catching the last of the sun rays & watching the sunset.

On the entrance level, the villa offers an open plan living space with a balcony & stunning ocean views. The large sofa is comfortable for 8+ guests with a flat screen TV with a DVD player.

The kitchen is fully equipped, including a full size fridge/freezer, electric hob kettle, microwave, toaster & blender. The dinning table seats 8. The villa provides a cleaning service every 4 days which includes changing bed linen, bath towels and pool/beach towels.

Bedrooms and bathrooms;

• The master bedroom is accessible on the entrance level, it includes a super-king size bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and a ceiling fan.

• There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor which include king size beds en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning and ceiling fans.

• The forth bedroom is accessible from the pool level of the villa, it includes a king size bed and air conditioning. There is a shower room with a toilet next door to the forth bedroom.

• Bunk beds are on the first floor which are only suitable for children under 12 years old.

• The villa has a family bathroom on the entrance floor.

Villa cleaning & linen/towel change is inclusive every 4 days.

Why can't I call Christina (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Christina (the owner) a message.

If Christina (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
