This is a beautiful First Floor 2brm/2bth Villa that offers couples, families and friends valuable, relaxation and time away from their busy lives. It provides a combination of elegance, comfort, amenities, and easy access to the beach. It is convenient to all that Hilton Head Island has to offer (bike, walk or drive), totally your choice.

Both our Villas are located just steps away from the most "Family Oriented" pool and Clubhouse, Building 8.

Beyond the 'Generous' Fiddlers Cove facilities, we have unique amenities to make your vacation special that features ...

- A FIRST FLOOR location for ease and quick access to your vacation Villa. Our entire ceiling is custom covered with pine for beauty & noise reduction. It also boasts a beautiful an electronic, internet based lock for ease of entrance and no more worries of losing keys.

-The Master Bedroom has a KING Size bed with a private bath, also has a 32in LCD TV/DVD with cable. It has a beautiful Dresser/mirror combo with matching night table, lamp and a huge mirrored closet with blankets, hangers, iron, ironing board and a laundry basket.

- The Second Bedroom has a QUEEN Size bed, an adjoining bath, a dresser, night tables and lamps. A 32in LCD TV, DVD/VHS combo and a large mirrored closet with extra pillows, blankets and two extra chairs for dining purposes.

- The kitchen is totally remodeled for more cabinet and counter space, newer appliances, double sink and sprayer, excellent lighting, Microwave, crock pot, toaster, blender, waffle maker, coffee maker, pots/pans, utensils, cups, glasses, wine glasses and everything else you may need to give your family a home cooked meal if you so desire.

- In the kitchen is a full sized refrigerator and for your convenience, a mid-sized GE top-of-the-line washer and dryer.

(HIGH EFFICIENCY TABLETS ONLY PLEASE!!).

- Your dining area is very roomy and has a solid wood and cast iron table and chair set for four and a bar counter that comfortably seats two, along with an overhead light/fan.

- For entertainment, in the living room we have a large 42in LCDHDTV(over 100 channels), FREE secure WiFi, a Blu-Ray DVD player with Internet APP's and NetFlix.

- The living room is decorated with stylish wall furnishings, lighting, curtains, a NEW very comfortable sofa bed and matching love seat.

- On the center table is a binder with menus from many of the local restaurants, several names of local bike companies that bring and pick-up right from the bike racks at Fiddlers Cove (a must have and best if they deliver before you get there). Maps, things to do, places to go, see dolphins, fireworks, shows, art galleries, festivals, museums, shopping, boat harbors, golfing, kayaking, biking, zip lining, thrift shops, etc.

- For storage, in the living area we have a large shelved closet full of many extras such as; a mid size cooler, a Beach Cart to help you carry your cooler, toys and all your beach necessities back and forth to the beach with ease. Also holds many other miscellaneous comfort items and even has room for golf clubs.

- Our Villa is fully equipped with “Free Secure WiFi” and Telephone for “Unlimited” long distance/local calls within USA.

- A full sized water heater (not a condo miniature) so you don’t run out of hot water.

- A new and serviced A/C and Heat system with clean filters (changed every three months).

- The covered balcony offers a very comfortable wicker patio table and chair set, an excellent spot for a quiet morning cup of java, great afternoon sun or evening beverage.

- On the balcony is a large storage box full of little extras for your beach fun; two beach chairs, sand mats, beach umbrella, sand toys, fish nets, small football, frisbee, kadima set, Boogie Boards, snorkel fins/mask, along with many other water and sand toys.

- We have several tennis rackets, balls and two racquetball rackets and balls. More equipment can be borrowed at the Entrance Security Booth.

- Our guests have FREE access to “The Club House” conveniently located right behind our Villa and Pool. This facility houses two "Indoor Air Conditioned" Racquet Ball Courts, Ping Pong tables, a community gathering area with a large screened TV and bar, an Exercise area with quality equipment along with bathrooms and showers. A small quiet sitting area with a library of books and an office room with printers, computers, internet access and phones.

- The cleaning staff will leave you clean bath towels, rolls of toilet paper and a bar of soap in each bath, dishwasher tablets, packets of laundry detergent, paper towels and of course, a fresh and clean Villa for a great start to a wonderful vacation!

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    If Ed and Victoria (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
