You're in luck! We have just made our villa, one of the highest rated and well-reviewed in the Beach and Tennis rental program for 2015. From your first glimpse of our engineered hardwood floors and white wainscoting to the amenities awaiting you when you check in, you will appreciate quality. Our living area boasts a comfortable queen-sized memory-foam sleeper sofa, large flat-screen TV with DVD player, and other furnishings provided with your comfort in mind. The well-stocked kitchen features granite counters, new Shaker-style cabinets, stainless sink with garbage disposal, dishwasher, subway tile back splash, smooth-top self-cleaning range, microwave, stainless french-door refrigerator with in-door-water and ice maker. Also provided are serve/cook ware, programmable coffee maker, toaster, and plenty of storage for your groceries. The hallway has two bunk beds (extra safety rails give peace of mind) for the children. The bath has been fully renovated with new fixtures and tile, ample storage and towel rods; the master bedroom has a queen bed with premium Posturepedic foundation for your comfort, a closet with ample hangers, luggage rack, and shelves to store your things, and a flat-screen TV. We have tried to anticipate your every need -- a hairdryer in the bath, an iron and board for touch ups before a night on the town, and blankets for that occasional chilly night. We want you to feel AT HOME at our home away from home! We know that you'll come back for another relaxing stay! We look forward to welcoming you again and again!

Amazing , beautifully decorated

Great stay for a low price. The appliances and decor was modern & beautiful ! The room was also clean ! We really enjoyed our stay. Currently looking to book for another weekend getaway :)

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Wendell (the owner) a message.

If Wendell (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
