Seven Palms Is A Five-Bedroom, Four-bath Ocean-View Beach House.

Seven Palms features a fully-equipped kitchen complete with cherry cabinets, Corian counters, and stainless steel appliances, including a microwave and dishwasher. Additional features include a washer, dryer, central heat and air conditioning, ceiling fans, hardwood flooring, vaulted ceilings, jetted garden tub, and access to elevator upon request. Seven TVs (cable, one 52-inch flat screen), two DVD players and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include one king, three queen, and two twin-sized beds, one twin-sized sofa bed, and two trundle daybeds. Outdoor features include a 26-by-13-foot swimming pool, enclosed backyard, and ample parking (some covered). No smoking. No pets. SUITABLE FOR DESTINATION WEDDINGS OR ANY TYPE OF EVENTS

“The condo was perfect for our entire family of 6 adults and 5 children with 4 of them being teenagers”

The condo overall was a great place to stay. The pool was large enough for all 11 of us. The beach was a very short distance away, We used golf carts but restaurants were close. If we had a problem Dunes Realty tried their best to fix it. The elevator was a life saver for our shopping trips. We had a great time and hope to be able to come back again.

Owner's reply: Nancy, I'm very sorry that you feel this way and felt the need to leave a review like this. I made it very clear to you that the check in time is 4 pm. You should have contacted me if you where in need of an early check in. As a result of this the cleaning crew assumed that the departing guest where still in the home. You informed me at 2 pm, not 4pm, that the house had not been kept and i called them. I found out later from my management team everything else that transpired as well. I would have been happy to refund your cleaning expense. Again, I would have been happy to discuss this another way

Why can't I call Wayne (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How can I retract my booking request?

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Wayne (the owner) a message.

If Wayne (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
