This is a beautiful house in a convenient location. There are three bedrooms, two with queen sized beds and one with a king sized bed. Each of the bedrooms has its own en suite bathroom. There are two additional half baths. Formal dining room.

Although this listing is new here on this site, we have many great reviews from guests on other sites where we book this. These are a few of them:

Excelent listing, better than what the photos picture. Really good service by the housekeeper and the maid. The house is 20 minutes from the cathedral, but the bus stop is 10 meters away from the entrance and is fairly cheap. The terrace is big, something that the pictures don't show, and has an excellent view to the town, especially at night. Sumarised, the house is excellent, I would love to come back.

Karen was brilliant, calling us beforehand and making sure that everything would be ready on arrival. The house is beautiful, the pool is great, the amenities inside are first class, Rafaela and Don José were very helpful. A definite repeat.

The house is beautiful, the kitchen is well equipped; The roof terrace has a view on the city and the lake but not on the cathedral. A house maid (only Spanish speaking) comes 3 times a week to straighten and clean. The address is easily found by any local taxi but a taxi driver from Leon had a hard time finding it. The street number (152 Salida de Queretaro) goes for an entire private alley with many homes and the house, the first one on the left, is actually number 14. I had asked other people in that private compound about Casa Mejil when we first arrived and no one knew which house it was! We were 5 people and had a great time in that house which is kept immaculate.

The house is more beautiful than the pictures! It was more than I expected, its really big, decorated beautifully and really clean and organized. I thought it was going to be far but the location is perfect. I recommend this house to families, couples, etc. Me and my friends had a really good time and and didn't want to go back home. I didn't met Karina but she is really nice and I am so grateful that she trusted us with her house.

Thank you so much Karen. The house is much better than expected. It is brilliantly desiged with with a lot of natural light and architecural details. We had our groceries delivered and cooked every night after riding our motorcycles and parking them in the private 2 car garage. The kithen had absolutley everything a wantabe chef could need. The rooftop grill and view were amazing as well. We had a great time and I would recommend to anyone going to San Miguel. Don Jose and Gwendoline were attentive and very pleasant. Thanks again and congratulations on your beautiful property.

“Wow! Amazing place in a charming city with wonderful help! My daughter commented, "We are staying in a castle!" As other reviewers, the photos do not do it justice. Everywhere you look there is beauty as the authentic artistic details fill the home. One tip, we asked Rafaela, the house keeper, if she would be willing to cook for us (we offered $M70/hour for her time cooking and shopping, plus added a tip). It turned out to be one of the highlights of our time in SMA. She made some of the best food we've had in our month in Mexico. Watching her cook was an education and the smells emanating from the kitchen were amazing. While we asked her to make 2 dishes: Enchiladas Rojas and Albondigas (meatballs) with rice. She also quickly made chilaquiles, totopes, and tacos with papas for the kids to use up the extra ingredients. Even my picky children kept asking for more! ”
