There are 218 m2 (2,350 Sq Feet) of comfort and well-being as you would in your own home. Entirely residential building, one apartment per floor (can lock elevator door), concierge and 24 hour security.

Second bedroom Queen retractable (murphy bed), super quiet A/C Split and Ceiling Fans for your comfort. The second bathroom has abundant shower water + Steam Sauna.

Planning a trip to Rio de Janeiro on vacation or business? We have an elegantly furnished apartment, located in an extremely privileged neighborhood, one minute walk to legendary Copacabana and ten minute walk to Ipanema beaches.

The apartment has been beautifully remodeled. There is plenty of shopping nearby, walking distance to Subway, buses and surrounded by world class restaurants with international cuisine or simpler local food. Private indoor paid parking is available one block away in private covered garage.

Rio is an outdoors city. If you enjoy biking, hiking, volleyball on the beach, swimming in the open ocean or simply a dip in a waterfall, there is something for all tastes, overlooking an overwhelming natural beauty from the ˝Cidade Maravilhosa˝ , or the Wonderful City, as it has been named.

Professional athletes give volleyball and foot volleyball classes on the sands of Copacabana and Ipanema Beaches, Boat Tours as well as swimming on open beach waters too. All only a few blocks away.

Summer is Great with several ˝Blocos de Carnaval˝ such as ˝Banda de Ipanema˝, ˝Simpatia é Quase Amor˝ "Cordão do Bola Preta" in Downtown, among other traditional "Blocos".

The parades on any day in Ipanema or Copacabana Beaches on the many weeks prior to Carnaval throughout the entire Rio de Janeiro Summer, are free.

All “Samba Schools” start rehearsals In January and are open to the public. So, if you cannot be in Rio for the real thing, you can still have a blast during Summer at their rehearsal locations, the ˝Quadras˝ from each of the hottest Samba Schools that makes Rio de Janeiro The Place of the Best Carnaval in the World.

Of course, there are many other attractions such as the best live Brazilian music in Lapa, pubs and clubs for all tastes within blocks.

I can still suggest many more interesting places to visit and things to do, including Rio Landmarks such as the Botanic Garden, Tijuca National Park with its great Safari Tours, Sugar Loaf and visits to the Corcovado Mountain where Christ resides, boat rides in the beautiful Angra dos Reis region (couple of hours by car) with hundreds of small islands
