Accommodation
Beds
There are four bedrooms, all containing double beds, ensuite bathrooms, air-conditioning and wardrobe space. The master bedroom is upstairs and has access to the second floor terrace. It is a family bedroom, with double bed and two bunk beds, perfect for families travelling with children. The villa can sleep up to 10 people total.
Baths
All four bathrooms come with an ensuite, shower, western toilet and wash basin.
Kitchen
The kitchen is spacious and has an elegant feel with stainless-steel appliances echoing the glittering tiled backsplash. The modern kitchen appliances include a Samsung refrigerator, 4-ring gas stove, toaster, kettle, food blender, rice cooker, oven and microwave.
Living Rooms
The open-plan living area has beautiful wooden shelving that takes up the entire wall at the far end of the room. The shelves are adorned with exquisite Thai and Asian objets d'art that contribute to the elegant atmosphere. There is a large L-shaped settee and a large Phillips flat-screen TV with international channels as well as a DVD player.
Dining Room
The dining room is a part of the open-plan living area and sits close to the kitchen. The dining table seats up to 8 people.

A large number of golf courses of international standard within a short distance from the house. There is also an incredibly wide range of places nearby if you want activities and day trips, examples are the Sriracha Tiger Zoo, Underwater World, Nong Nooch Botanical Garden, bowling, cinema, etc. There are also several islands in the area that is well suited for day trips or if you want to stay a couple of nights.

In the contract you will find all nessesary contact info to our contact persons in Jomtien. They will meet you when you arrive the Villa and he will make sure, you have a pleasant stay. Please feel free to contact them if there is anything you need.

The house is fully equipped with everything you need for having a nice holiday. If you miss anything just contact Robert and he will support you with necessary equipment.
The poolman comes every 2nd. day around 9am, he has his own key.
Cleaning of the Villa is once a week, its included in the rent. Its possible to get it done as often as you want, but it cost around 1000THB each time. Just talk to our representative and he will arrange it.
