Located only 25 minutes from Entebbe airport, the main residence and the guest house were built in 2017, with high quality materials, and the garden was designed by an architect. Superb location, very quiet, a few minutes walk from Lake Victoria, with very diverse flora and fauna (See photos). We have a Veranda and a balcony of 20 square meters, with a breathtaking view of Lake Victoria and admire the sunset and enjoy your dishes. Possibility of cycling excursions as well as organized safari type trips in addition to your rental. We also offer tailor-made formulas that respect your budget. We also offer professional photography service, Yoga classes. Facilities include a fully equipped kitchen, satellite, Large LG flat screen TV, DVD player. We offer free internet everywhere. It is possible to have. internet everywhere you go for a little extra. You can have lunch and dinner on the balcony with a breathtaking view of the lake (the food and fruit come from our organic vegetable garden). You can enjoy the veranda or the garden, we have very good deckchairs. Rental is minimum two nights. For those who do not feel in the mood to cook; for a very reasonable sum, we offer a catering service. the garden has an organic vegetable garden with fruits and vegetables. -Beyond 2 people, we also have another private bedroom with a private bathroom in the main residence. It is for two children up to 12 years old, and will be charged USD 20 for one child and USD 25 for two children per night. Do not hesitate to contact us for any special request. Our bed and breakfast sits in a beautiful 2000m2 private garden with an impressive view over Lake Victoria, away from modern civilization, but only 40m from Kampala, the capital, and 30m from Entebbe airport. We also offer transportation, tourism (visits, safaris, local culture, etc.) and photography services on demand. You will stay in a newly built 50 sq meters self-contained guest house, with an impressive view on the lake. The guest house has a single bedroom with a king size bed for two, a living room with a large sofa bed for two a10 sq meters kitchen fully equipped a dining room and a shower room. - Beyond four guest, we have the additional private bedroom with a private bathroom in the main residence is for two children of maximum 12 years old. We will charge 15 USD for one child and 20 USD for two children per night, Feel free to contact us for any kind of specific arrangement :-) We offer catering service at a fee. Facilities include fully equipped kitchen, satellite, flat screen TV, DVD player, super-fast 4G LTE Internet available for a small extra fee (it is a pocket-size modem from Smile, the fastest Internet in Uganda. You can carry the modem everywhere you want). We offer free Internet in your room, at the Uganda standard of 2 Mbps. You can have dinner and supper on the balcony with an amazing view on the lake (foods and fruits are from our organic kitchen garden). You can enjoy the veranda or the garden, we have very good relaxing sunbeds. We can bring you to the best typical Ugandan restaurants, museums, parks, safaris, and much more. Nature is stunning in our area, with thousands of birds, the lake with wild beaches, and typical Ugandan villages! We will collect you at the Entebbe airport upon your arrival. We will be at your service for all your transportation needs, and also offer you the possibility to hire a private car.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Anita (the owner) a message.

If Anita (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
