Luxury villa on more than 1000 m2 in residential area. Perfect for 2-3 families or family event. Large (heated in winter) swimming pool (12m +) with salt water. Jacuzzi, gym, hamam (wet sauna), land of 200 m2 for small football.

You are in a VIP villa, do not forget it !

The villa is spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Villa Noa has a private pool, a barbecue and 5 bedrooms including 2 independent to preserve your privacy.

All this together will allow you to spend a wonderful family holiday.

A daily cleaning service can be provided upon booking. Our villa is on private grounds of over 1000 m2. A play area (over 200 m2) for football, a game of petanque, a big meal, ... is at your sole disposal. The garden equipped with sitting areas allow you to relax with a book or a cocktail by shadow, while monitoring the prowess of your children. Inside, the house is air-conditioned and wide living room seen on swimming pool with its large LCD Home Cinema and chairs give you the opportunity to relax in charge. The dining room and large table for 10 people and is also facing the pool. All public areas of the villa is sound system equipped to allow you to stream smoothly to your favorite music. Each room has an LCD with satellite. Villa Noa has 5 bedrooms, including 2 independent ones in order to preserve the privacy of its guests. Then, you have one main entry to all the villa except the 2 Suites, and an other entry for the 2 other Suites. Each room has an LCD Television with satellite (YES).

3 bedrooms have their own bathroom : Presidential suite (1 couple), Aviv suite (2 couple or 1 couple and 2 children) and Daphna suite (1 couple). 3 additional folding beds are available on demand.

Presidential suite and Aviv suite are two very spacious bedrooms.

The large pool, the fitness room equipped with the Hamam, jacuzzi. Cozy night lighting. Sound inside as outside the public area. Wifi internet. You are 10 minutes from the beaches and 3 minutes from the shopping centers. The special geographical position of the villa allows you to access the Tayelet avoiding traffic jams in peak season. The synagogue is located 7 minutes walk.

There are 3 private parking spaces in front of the villa.

Car rental company 10 min walk

The mini football field will allow you to do much with your kids or your friends or a good game of bowls before aperitif.

In this same area, tables can be erected (not included) for a meal of more than 50 people (special conditions)

“A magic place in Eilat”

We were positively surprised by he villa : fully refurbished to very high standard, large and comfortable bedrooms, brand new en-suite bathroom, modern and fully equiped kitchen with huge fridge, freezer, oven...The sauna experience was unique especially when followed by a dip in the swimming pool and/or jaccuzy. In a nutshel : we enjoyed the experience and we will be back.
