This is the right side of a duplex with a private driveway and underneath parking. The main entrance to the house is on the street side. There is a lovely screen porch that is shaded most of the day - a perfect spot to catch up your reading. From the porch you enter the living area with plenty of seating for the whole family (sofa, 2 chairs and even a day bed). The dining space sits between the living and kitchen areas. The kitchen is large with room for more than one cook. There is a back door that leads to the underneath parking area. Adjacent to the living area is a short hallway with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths (both with tub/showers). Both bedrooms have king size beds. The laundry closet is also in this hallway. Upstairs is the 3rd BR with a king, a bunk, and a single bed. There is also a bath with a tub/shower. All 3 bedrooms have TV's. Underneath the house has plenty of parking and space for rainy day games. The outside shower has hot and cold water but is not enclosed. The home has internet service. Please do not bring a pet to this property
