The main level has an open floor plan with the open kitchen to the right and the dining and seating area to the left. The bedroom on the main level has a queen bed, sleeper sofa and an "aero" bed, plus a TV - great room for the kids to hang out. The open large spiral staircase takes you to the 2nd floor. The connecting hallway has large picture windows overlooking the Plantation Golf Course. Which brings tons of light to the great room. To the right is the master bedroom with a king bed and private bath (tub/shower). To the left are the other 2 bedrooms, the first with a trundle bed and a connecting bath (stall shower) to the 4th BR. The 4th BR has a queen and a door to the connecting bath. Off the Great Room you will find the screen porch with a large dining table to enjoy meals. The extra large deck has seating for the whole family. Plenty of yard for boats and children - across the street from the bike path.
The home is also a wonderful spot for a wedding, with the back drop of the golf course. The home has internet service. Weeks only June, July, August - shorter stays Sept - May. Pets allowed with (+tax) nonrefundable fee, Optional Departure Cleaning & Travel Insurance available
