6BR / 6BA - (2K, 2Q, 4S, Trundle) -Sleeps 13 - This beautiful home is located on quiet Arc Street and is just a short walk to the beach. You will enjoy the nice water views from the 2nd floor deck! This home opens from a covered porch, complete with rockers, into a large central living, dining, and kitchen combination. A wet bar is adjacent to the dining area. An open deck on the back of the home overlooks a grass filled yard. The laundry is conveniently located next to the kitchen at the back of the house. There is a short hallway on each side of the great room leading to 2 bedrooms on either side. The front bedroom on the left(facing Arc St) has a queen size bed. There is a full hall bath(tub/shower combo) on this side of the home. The back left bedroom is the downstairs master bedroom. This room has a king size bed and an adjacent large master bath with a 2 sink vanity, tub, and sit down steam bath shower. The front right bedroom has a queen size bed, the back right, 2 twin beds. Each of these bedrooms has a private bath(tub/shower). All of the bedrooms on this floor have a TV. An enclosed staircase near the kitchen and laundry leads to the 2nd floor. There is door that will close off the two floors for added privacy. At the top of the stairs is a large den with plenty of seating, TV, foosball table, and game/card table. The den opens onto the 2nd floor deck with water views. To the left from the den is a bedroom with a twin bed and a trundle bed(sleeps 2)(no TV). This bedroom has a private bath(tub/shower). The bedroom on the right of the den is the 2nd floor master suite. There is a king size bed and a small sofa in this room(no TV). An adjacent bathroom(tub/shower) also opens for access to the den area. This large home would make a great choice for a family(or 2!) and friends. Lots of room to spread out and enjoy your time at the beach. You can even walk to one of our local restaurants from this property!
